Chapter 29- Nora

Amery turns off the mic & hands it to someone, & I rush over & hug him. "You're bi? I had no idea. That's great!" He smiles shyly.

"Thank you... I wasn't sure how to tell you guys... it takes so long to figure that kinda thing out, ya know..."

Cal smiles, patting him on the shoulder. "Well, I'm glad you told us. It's nice to have someone else we can relate to... Do you have a partner?"

He shakes his head, face reddening. "N-no... I don't, no..."

Someone clears their throat & steps forward. A large man with a ½ shave haircut approaches us, smiling warmly. "Hi, I'm Ryouta. I'm Amery's... friend. Nice to finally meet you guys! I've heard so much about you!"

I smile uncertainly, looking between him & Amery, whose face has reddened significantly. I smirk. "Oh~ Nice to meet you. How long have you known Amery?"

He smiles shyly, face reddening. Hmmm. "Well- about 3 years, I guess?"

Cal smirks, elbowing Amery teasingly & he buries his face in his hands. "Oh, that's nice~ How'd you meet?"

Ryouta looks off into the distance for a moment, as though remembering things. "He needed to learn self-defense &... I taught him that... After that, we became good friends..." He smiles fondly, cheeks red & I chuckle.

"Ah, yes~ 'good friends', yes~" Amery grumbles from behind his hands. "What was that baby brother? I can't hear you~"

He looks up, eyes intensely serious. "It's nice to see you again, now would you please follow me to your room. You must be so tired from such a long day."

I grin crookedly. "No, actually I'm not, I don't know about you, Cal..."

She nods, grinning. "No, I'm good. I could stand around here all day. In fact, hey, Ryouta- did you say your name was?" She turns to Ryouta & he nods. "Why don't I tell you about what Amery here was like when we were younger. You would not believe how many times-"

Amery's face reddens significantly. "-That's enough of that. Come on now."

Oof, Cal & Nora teasing Amery, classic sibling-like dynamic, lol :D. Gonna be so awkward for Amery, 'm I right? & does Ryouta feel something more for Amery? Idk... I guess you'll just have to wait & see (mwahaha) ;) <3
