Y/n's POV

Ever since Levi found out I was pregnant, he's been doing everything for me. I like the sentiment but I'm not useless. I can still manage on my own. If I even try to clean he'll take the supplies away from me and tell me to sit down. This has been happening for the past month which has made me stressed. I know, you're doing nothing and you're stressed, how ironic.

"Levi" I call out. He comes in and stares at me. I motion for him to sit next to me on the couch. He does so. I take his hands in mine and stare at him

"I know you're really scared about this parent-hood stuff... and I know you're trying to help... but I'm a grown woman and can do things myself.. You're stressing me out by not letting me do anything" I say. He stares with wide eyes. He didn't say anything but guilt was clear in his eyes

"But I know you're stressed as well so why don't we compromise.. I won't do anything that causes too much strain on my body" I say

"Tch... fine" He mutters looking away

"Which is why I'm going to the store" I say getting up

"I'm coming with" He says as he grabs the keys.

~Time Skip~

I was looking for ingredients when a man bumped into me. For some reason that really set Levi off. Levi has no shame, yelling at a man who is an entire foot taller than him

"I'll kill you! How dare you touch her! You could've hurt the-" He yelled but I put a hand over his mouth and shushed him. I then looked over to the man

"I apologize for him" I say smiling weakly. The man rolls his eyes and walks away. I let go of Levi and he instantly starts walking towards the man. I grab his hand and pull him back

"Levi no" I say

"He could've hurt you" He says

"But he didn't" I say

"You don't know that" He says

"If there was something wrong, I promise I would know Levi

~Time Skip~

I had just made it home with all the groceries. If I'm being honest all that walking did make me exhausted. Levi told me to rest and he would put the groceries away. I walked to our bedroom and laid down on the bed. I almost fell asleep when I felt the bed dip. I opened my eyes to see Levi staring at me. I motioned for him to come closer and he did so. I wrapped my arms around him. He gripped onto my shirt tightly. That's when I heard him silently crying. My heart broke

"Levi, what's wrong?" I ask as I move one of my hands to his hair and begin running my fingers through it

"I... I don't... like it..." He says in between sobs

"Don't like what?" I ask

"The... baby.." He says

"You don’t like the baby?" I ask

"N-no that's... not what I-... the thoughts.. I don't... like them" He says sobbing

"What kind of thoughts?" I ask

"I... I... see you.... and the... baby... and you're..." He says but stops almost as if he doesn't want to continue the sentence

"If it's too much, you don't have to tell me Levi... Take as much time as you need" I say

"...dead..." He mutters

"Dead?" I ask

"Y-yeah... I'm tired... of it..." He sobs. I hold him closer as his sobs slowly start to quiet down. Eventually I realized he had actually fallen asleep. I smiled knowing he would hopefully get some good rest

We're not going anywhere
