Chapter 06

"Dianne," Tawag sa'kin ni Callein, kasalukuyang naghahanda ako for my reporting.

I asked, he sighed because of what I've said.

"Parehas lang, Dianne. Kinausap niya ako tungkol sa friendship niyo and at the same time, naaawa ako sa friendship niyo.

" She wants to talk to me, right?" I asked seriously, I saw that he smiled.

"Yes, Yanyan." He said and I nodded, I let out a deep sigh.

"Please tell her that we will talk before lunch break, thank you, Cal." I commanded, he smiled and nodded.

I'm on my 2nd year in High School, masasabi kong medyo mahirap din ang pagiging Grade 8 student.

May bago rin kaming kaibigan, his name is Dionne. If I'm going to describe him, he's just too quiet.

"Good morning, Sir Morry and Ma'am Morrane." Miss Janna said.

"Anyway, class. This is Friz Ian Sarmiento, he's the grandchild of the owner of this school."

"Good morning po, Sir Morry and Ma'am Morrane. Good morning, Friz." Bati ko.

"I am Dianne Arevalo and I'm here to preent you my report about depression and anxiety." I said and I started with the definition of it and the types and kinds of depression.

"Many people had experiencing depression especially the teenagers, many teenagers are committing suicide because of depression.

"Anxiety is your body's natural response to stress. It's a feeling of fear or apprehension about what's to come. Just like depression, anxiety is the one of the reason why people are committing suicide. They have their own ways of killing themselves and instead of consulting to a doctor, they are preferring to choose committing suicide. Cutting their wrists, hanging themselves on the ceiling, jumping on a building, burning themselves, taking pills, drowning themselves and hitting themselves on a wall or on a car are the examples of committing suicide.
