"You ready?" Jeremiah asked while approaching the young woman who was looking at the ocean view from the balcony of their hotel room.

"Yeah." Lisa nodded her head before turning around to face Jeremiah. She walked closer to the college student before smiling warmly at him. "I had a lot of fun with you." Lisa twirled the man's short, brown hair with her finger, her other hand holding his.

"Me too, Lili." Jeremiah leaned forward to place a gentle kiss on the woman's lips. They then pulled away and walked out of the room with intertwined hands, heading to the hotel lobby for check out.

"Ms. Manoban." The receptionist that was there the first day greeted the teacher with an adoring smile. He did all the necessaries for Lisa so that she would be able to leave the hotel. "Thank you for choosing our hotel again, Ms. Manoban. I hope to see you again soon."

Jeremiah felt like rolling his eyes, which is not something he would have ever even thought about doing before.

'I must be catching this from Lisa's moodiness nowadays,' he thought to himself.

His uneasiness didn't go unnoticed by the teacher who smiled back at the man before pulling Jeremiah out by the arm. Their suitcases and bags were already packed in the trunk of Lisa's car by the time they were out of the building. Before they could go into the car, the waiter, who Jeremiah knew as Talia, or Jane, came running towards them with something in her hands along with the manager of the hotel.

"Good afternoon, Ms. Manoban. I'm sorry to disturb you." The young woman bowed slightly. "Chef Ramón asked me to give this to you." She presented a small paper box to Lisa, who carefully collected it. "It is a farewell present and it's also to apologise for the inconvenience of the breakfast situation that happened."

Even though it obviously wasn't their fault that the teacher did not like the meal, and the breakfast was still eaten, the staff of the hotel had to make sure that they made up for any problems, especially for this woman.

"It's okay, uhm, it's okay." Lisa stuttered when she forgot the waitress' name, whom she had known for a few years. "It was my fault anyway."

"No, Ms. Manoban. It was ours. We should know your likes and dislikes. And I promise it will never happen again," David replied. Jeremiah watched them in amusement.

'This hotel really has great service,' he thought.

Jeremiah looked up at the sign above the entrance, 'Ocean Spray Hotel.' When he looked back to the two people in front of him and Lisa, they were already about to walk away.

"Wait!" Both the teacher, the manager and the young woman looked at Jeremiah in question after hearing his shout.

"Yes Sir?"

"What's your name?" He spoke specifically to the waitress.

"Talia Lee, Sir." He nodded in understanding and the young lady walked away when she saw the fierce look on Lisa's face. The manager followed her.

'Finally.'

Ever since Lisa had a mix up with Talia's name, Jeremiah grew frustrated. He was one of those people who always remembered people's faces with their names and with the mix up, that would have been hard. Just think about him and Lisa reminiscing about this vacation and the waitress somehow came up and he said the wrong name, leaving the teacher confused.

'The horror.'

Jeremiah was in such deep thought that he hadn't noticed the teacher glaring at the victorious smile on his face when they finally entered the car.
