Umm... I'm not going to lie. I'm ashamed. I had started writing this chapter since April before my exams started but never did finish it.
I'm sorry to those who already read the last chapter and were waiting for months. I really do feel bad since I have been reading stories for the past month.
However, exams are finished and I am at home with nothing to do until September so I will try my hardest to update often to make up for the lost time. PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!!
This chapter could have been long but I wanted to give you guys something quick, especially since I saw someone add this book to their favourites. I'm so sleepy.
So for those who read this far, Thank you for listening to my rant and for sticking with this book.
Okay. I'll stop now. Enjoy.

Third Person POV
The week had been long. The stress of school, the baby, planning a wedding within two months and the situation with her mother was taking a toll on Lisa. She just wanted to relax. Her shoulders feeling heavy, and not just from carrying around her seemingly one hundred pound belly. Now, she sat on the living room floor bracing onto the grey couch with a sign up sheet in her hand and a bowl of ice cream beside her, eating from it every now and then as she read.
"I guess this could help," she thought out loud with a pen in her right hand.
"What could help?" Jeremiah placed a soft kiss on Lisa's cheek as he sat behind her, wrapping his arms around her bloated waist.
"Signing up for baby classes, well antenatal classes. Since it's my first pregnancy I think it would help me be more prepared for it. I don't know. I just feel so unprepared for everything, like I don't have enough time before the babies come. I'm so stressed, Jerry." She looked at him as best as she could with their position.
"Hey, hey, hey. It's going to be okay. Don't worry, Lili. We'll get everything done in time for the twins. I'm here with you. You're not doing this alone. We'll prepare together and put everything in God's hands. He's in control."
"You're right, as always. Sorry, Jerry. We're in this together. I'm so sorry. I don't know why I keep disregarding your involvement in the babies' lives. Sometimes I'm such a bad girlfr- I mean bad fianc-." Lisa was stopped as she wiped her tears with the right sleeve of her lilac sweater.
"Stop that. Now." His voice and words were stern. Jeremiah moved from his place behind Lisa and sat in front of her, holding her hands as he spoke his next words. "You're not a bad fiancee. You are my beautiful, smart, compassionate, beautiful, kind, loving, lovely, beautiful, pretty warm-hearted, gorgeous, amazing, beautiful intelligent, cute, friendly, generous, beautiful-" A warm smile appeared on Jeremiah's face as as the teacher burst out laughing.
"Okay, Jerry. I get it." She struggled to say between chuckles.
"Just one more thing." He raised his pointer finger to indicate the number.
"Okay. Just one." Lisa's lips remained in a smile.
"Did I get to mention how beautiful you are?"
"Yes, Jerry. Quite a few times, actually." Lisa's nose crinkled cutely as she laughed once again at Jeremiah's silly antics and Jeremiah's smile broadened. That was the goal here: to see his Lisa happy again, to see that heart stopping smile.
"Good, because you are the most beautiful woman in the world. My beautiful future wife." Lisa's eyes widened slightly at the last two words she heard, a small gasp leaving her lips as she stared at the man in front of her, her handsome man.
'He wants to marry me,' Lisa couldn't help but think. He had already proposed but it was still taking her some time to register that this good man wanted to marry her. 'He is the one for me." Lost in her thoughts she was surprised to feel a chaste kiss on her lips from none other than Jeremiah. Lisa didn't want to pull away, feeling overwhelmed by those simple words. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closer. However, she ran out of breath not long after, something pregnancy can do to you, so she pulled away reluctantly after placing one last sweet peck on Jeremiah's lips.
"I love you so much, my handsome man," Lisa couldn't help but declare those words. They probably said it to each twenty minutes ago, but every time felt like the first time. The want for your partner to know how much you actually feel for them was still there, as well as the joy of having them returning those exact feelings of you.
"And I love you more." Jeremiah couldn't help but smile as he placed another kiss on the sweet woman's lips tasting the vanilla ice cream she was eating. Oh yeah, he didn't say "sweet". "My sweetheart," he said immediately after.
"Anyways, we got off topic," Lisa said with a blush colouring her cheeks. "They start next week. Will you be able to come, Jerry?" She leaned into his embrace, finding comfort in his warm manly scent as he weirdly tried to hug her from the side.
"Of course. I wouldn't miss it for the world," he said, as expected.
"Yay. I really do love you, Jerry."
"And I, you." Lisa turned back her focus to the form. "Okay, so we have a few choices here. One-on-one or small group? I'm thinking about a group. I want to meet other mothers there, maybe they could be helpful with their personal experience. And I can finally get some Mom friends."
"Yeah. Maybe I'll meet some fathers there too." Lisa couldn't help but blush at that as she ticked off the box. The way he naturally wanted to be equally involved in her- their - children's lives did things to her body.
"Okay." She cleared her throat and automatically selected the couples' antenatal classes. She continued filling out the questions asked with the help of Jeremiah and they were done in no time.
"Now I believe you, Miss Manoban, should be preparing for bed right now." Jeremiah stood up and held out his hands towards her.
"I'm so tired I don't even want to get up." Lisa said with a sigh as she held Jeremiah's hands and got up from the floor with his help and slight difficulty. She had no idea why she enjoyed sitting on the floor so much when she could barely get up afterward. Jeremiah led her upstairs to the bedroom then into the master bathroom. He took out the toothpaste from the cabinet and Lisa's toothbrush from its yellow case. He helped to brush her teeth, cleaning every crease and crevice as he felt a sense of pride in being able to take care of his girl, his woman, before he left her to freshen up.
Not long after, the two were snuggled up with each other under the sheets, happy smiles on their faces and a warm feeling on their hearts, so they fell asleep that night, in each other's arms.
