Today is the day I'm going to tell Meredith the truth
We've been dating for two years now and I think she's ready to hear it.
I walk into her office she's sitting at her desk she's doing paperwork
"Hey"

"You're still doing paperwork?"
"Yea there's lots to do"
"I'm sure there is but it can wait"
I turn her chair around and get on my knees and say
"You're probably not gonna like the sound of this but when my dad died I told you he was an engineer but I lied he was a mafia leader and now that he's gone I have to take over"
"You what?!"
"Yes"
"Oh-oh okay I guess, what does this mean anyway?"
"It means I'm now a mafia leader" I smiled and kissed her
"Anything else you never told me before"
"Yesl
Nobody's POV
He pulled out i small black box opened it and said
"Meredith Grey will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me"
She started to tear up and said "of course"
"You're crying" he chuckled " you rarely cry"
"Sorry it's just pregnancy hormones," she said with a smile
"You're what?," he said blankly
"I'm pregnant," she said smiling
