They made it home, they had been home for about 20-30 minutes and Meredith pacing all around the room, And Derek had no idea why he had tried calming her down but nothing seemed to work, he could tell she was thinking about something but he had no idea what it was she was thinking about.
He could also see that she had a worried and even a little bit scared look on her face
What could she be scared of?
He knew she was worried for her brother, she had seemed to care a lot about her brother William, more than it seemed she did her other brothers

Meredith knew that something had to be done about the person that had done this to her brother, the only brother that she had ever really been close with, she just wasn't sure who had done this everybody loved William he was sweet, caring, loving, he respected women, he was not a very hated person which was hard to believe considering he was a grey
There were a lot of people that hated the greys but none of them ever really hated William, even Meredith had a few people that wanted her dead not so much because she had done something to hurt them most of them just wanted her dead to hurt her grandfather and or father because Meredith was very loved by her family and everyone she met, well most people
But all she knew for sure was that something had to be done, she wouldn't let something like this slide especially to her brother
And then she noticed Derek had grabbed her shoulders and was holding them to stop her from pacing, she stopped walking and looked into his eyes with tears in hers
"I'm sorry" she whispered
"I know, I know," he said and pulled her in for a hug
"Everything will be better once I deal with this" she whispered into his chest
"Deal with what?"
"I think somebody did this to my brother" she whispered
"What do you mean?" He whispered into her hair
"And you what to do something about it?"
"Yes"
"What do you wanna do?"
"I don't know"
"Do you want me to do something?"
"Like what?"
"Leave that part to me"
"Okay"
"Did you know my mother says I have a thing with death?"
"What?" he said confused while pulling away
"Yea, she said when I was born I died and then came back and when I got older I started telling my parents that I saw things and talked about people that had died on the property of our house, they said it I started saying those things when I turned two"
"Really?"
"Yea, I still see things sometimes but not as much as I used to," she said calmly while she was staring at the huge river that was on their land while standing at the glass sliding door that lead to their huge backyard
"What do you see?"
"I don't really know it's usually something black or a black figure"
"Okay?"
"Yea," she said walking over to the kitchen where her phone was
"Should I call my parents to drop the boys off?"
"If you want to, doyouwantanotherbaby," he said quickly looking at the floor
"What?" She giggled
"Doyouwantanotherbaby?" He said still looking at the floor
"Do I want another baby?" She smiled looking at him
"Yes?"
"Of course, I want another baby" she smiled
"I just don't know when, the boys are turning one soon so maybe when their one or a few months after they turn one," she said and put her arms around his neck
"Are you sure you want another baby so soon?" He said as he put his arms around her waist
"Yes, I'm sure"
"Okay then, we'll have another baby" he smiled
"We'll have another baby" she smiled and pressed her lips to his
Then to there was a knock at the front door
"That must my mother with the boys," she said as she pulled and went to answer the door to see her mother holding the triplets in their carriers
"Hi mom" Meredith smiled sweetly
"Hi sweetie" her mother smiled and handed her the carriers
"Thank you for watching them for me"
"Of course, I love seeing my newest grandsons, but you know Ethan's wife is trying for another baby"
"Really?"
"Yea, she really wants a girl"
"Oh, well good luck to her" Meredith smiled and closed the door, who was she to think that she and Ethan could have the first girl since she was born, it would only be right for Meredith to have a girl considering she was the first girl born in almost 400 years it would make her look like an idiot and a fool if her stupid brother had a girl
She always had hated her brother Ethan and his wife
