"What are we going to call him? " I asked as we all got into the car. 

Jesse thought for a minute. "Umm… I have no idea. I'll think about it, " He said and continued to scratch the puppy's head. 

It looked like the dog was dozing off in his hands. 

"Did you think of anything, Dylan?" I questioned as I started the car, causing Dylan to look up at me. 

"No, I haven't. I'll name him with Jake after they both meet. " He smiled. 

The kitten was in his hands and playing with his fingers. It looked adorable. 

I couldn't help but smile as I watched Jesse continuously kiss the sleeping puppy's head. 

I ruffled my baby's hair out of instinct, causing him to blush red. He cleared his throat before turning towards Dylan. 

"Should we drop you in front of your apartment? "

Dylan shook his head. "No, take me to mom's. Jake practically lives in my apartment so he'll find out if we keep the kitten there, " He said and we nodded agreeing with him.

I caressed Jesse's cheeks as we drove to our home. 

Dylan wanted to spend some time with his parents so he told us that he'll go back to his apartment by himself. 

"What do you think of naming him Milo? I know it's a common name but it's cute and easy to call, " Jesse asked me while tilting his head adorably. 

"That's a cool name. I like it, " I smiled, causing him to do the same. 

I parked the car in front of our house and took out the dog's things that we purchased for Milo. Jesse went inside the house with the puppy and I followed him after a few minutes. 

"Where should we let him sleep? " He stopped in the hallway and turned towards me in confusion. 

"Let's keep in the laundry room for now. I'll clean up the storeroom tomorrow and make it his room," I said and Jesse nodded his head before taking the puppy into the laundry room.

Jesse cooed as he placed the sleeping puppy on its bed. "Look at him sleeping! So adorable...! " He whisper shouted, causing me to chuckle. 

I grabbed his waist and hugged him close, snuggling my face into the crook of his neck. Jesse giggled and then turned around to face me. 

He stood on his tippy toes and placed a kiss on my lips. "I love you… " He said and immediately hid his face in my chest. 

A wide smile grew on my lips as I made him look up at me once again and kissed him properly. "I love you so much, " I said in between kisses. 

Jesse panted when I finally pulled away. "Let's go to another room or we'll wake up Milo, " He whispered before looking back at the sleeping puppy. 

I chuckled when I heard him. "You're acting like he's your baby, " I ruffled his hair, making him frown at me. 

"Well, he is. Not only mine but yours too, " Jesse huffed as he dragged me to another room. 

I pulled him closer to me as soon as we were out of the laundry room. "That's sweet, " I said before dipping my head down to kiss him again. 

Jesse whimpered when I bit on his lips. It was enough for me to panic thinking I've made him uncomfortable. I quickly pulled away to ask him if he was okay but Jesse gripped my shirt and crashed his lips on mine again before I could even utter a single word.
