"Tristan, look at them playing together! " Jesse came and dragged me to the living room to show me Milo and Carrot playing together. It was an adorable sight but Jesse's expression seemed cuter than the puppy and kitten.

It's been so long since I saw him this happy.

It made my heart warm.

"They're so cute! " He squealed.

Milo was very energetic but Carrot on the other hand was a bit annoyed by his energy. The kitten seemed to be bothered but he still played with Milo because the puppy's wagging tail seemed to amuse him.

Dylan was taking videos and photos of the two playing together. His and Jake's Instagram was now a Carrot fan page. Especially Jake, he only posts about Dylan and Carrot now.

It's funny because I remember how he used to post pictures of him looking like a model.

Now, it's filled with pictures of a blushing blonde-haired boy and a little kitten.

I can't blame him.

I'm kind of like that too.

I don't post pictures of Jesse but I do put them as stories.

I can't help it.

He's cute. I want the world to see that.

I sat down on the couch and pulled Jesse into my lap.

Jesse placed a small kiss on my cheeks before he turned towards Dylan.

"What should we do today? Should we play some games? " He asked his friend.

"Do you have any board games? "

"We have chess and scrabble. …  Oh! We have the truth, dare, or situation stackings too, " Jesse grinned.

"Let's just watch a movie. I don't wanna play any game, " I shook my head and Jake agreed with me instantly.

"What movie? " Dylan tilted his head.

"I have a movie in my mind. I've been planning to watch it, " Jake said before walking to get the remote.

"Better not be a horror movie because—"

"It's a horror movie, " Jake cut off Jesse.

I smirked as I watched his expression. "No, pick another movie. I don't like horror movies, " He whined.

"Don't worry, baby. I'll protect you, " I said, hugging him close.

Jesse blushed before he hit my chest. "S-Shut up, idiot, you know how much it scares me, "

I leaned close to his ear. "Oh, I do remember it very well, " I felt him squirm in my lap while I whispered in his ear. "Remember the time when we first watched a horror movie in your house? I almost lost control then, "

"Sh-Shut up!" Jesse whined, blushing like a tomato.

I placed a soft kiss on his head and looked up at Jake who was picking the movie. "Did you find it? "

"Yeah, " He nodded before setting the remote down. "I'm gonna turn the lights off, "

"What? Why do you have to turn them off? " Jesse pouted.

"So we can feel the fear, you know? It's always good to watch horror movies like that, " Jake shrugged.

"Do you have blankets? " Dylan asked and Jesse nodded.

"It's in our bedroom, " He said before standing up. "I'll bring it. Don't turn off the light before I come back, "

I chuckled as I watched him run to our room. He's cute.
