Taylor's POV

"Are we there yet, mommy?" Rosie is kicking her feet as she sits in the booster seat between Karlie and I, both of us laughing as she asks that question for the millionth time. "Very nearly, Ro," I smirk as I make eye contact with Karlie and shake my head, Rosie is so excited and Karlie loves Disneyland.

My mom and dad have August and I think I'm the most nervous about spending the night away from him for the first time, but we wanted Rosie to have the full experience so we booked into the Disneyland Hotel for the night and we have a few surprises for our girl.

The drive is only a little longer but Rosie is a little bubble of energy the whole time until security pulls up to let them out. I stuck with the simple shorts, sweatshirt and Nikes since I know how much we're going to be walking today, but Karlie chose a white white sundress and Ro insisted on wearing her full Elsa dress up costume. Although, I packed her a whole other outfit for today because I know my kid and she's either going to spill something or start complaining how itchy her dress is within the next hour.

"Grab the stroller?" Karlie is on the road side so she jumps out first and retrieves the stroller from the truck as security come to help me out with Rosie. We do our absolute best to avoid paparazzi, especially now that we have the kids - their safety and privacy is our utmost priority, and that's easy with Auggie but Rosie isn't as simple, all we can really do is stay as lowkey as possible and hope that people respect our privacy or don't notice us at all.

I have Rosie's backpack with everything she or we will need throughout the day and I drape it over my shoulder as the little girl kneels in the stroller, looking up to me and her Mama. We weren't going to bring one but all of our friends told us that we'd be grateful if we did and after lugging Ro around for the last week, I know they were right.

"First we pick out some ears," Karlie winks at Rosie as she walks by my side and I'm so anxious but I can't help smiling, this is everything I ever wanted. Karlie is so relaxed and calm and I'm so eternally grateful for her, she's the other half of me and I don't know how I'd manage without her.

Rosie is chatting away to us as we make our way to the little gift shop once we're inside the park. We could've done the whole VIP experience that Disney offers, but when Karlie and I talked about it we decided that we wanted Liv to have the same experience as every other little kid - we may have taken advantage of a few parts of the arrangement but that's for Ro's sake and to try and maintain our privacy even a little while we're here - especially since we're only here for today and a little of tomorrow.

"Can I get the Elsa ones, Mama? Pretty please?" Rosie spots the Frozen section almost immediately and of course she wants the ears to match her outfit. "Of course you can, ladybug," Karlie kisses her on the cheek before grabbing the sparkly blue ears for Rosie and she decides that we're going to wear matching pastel rainbow ones - a little on the nose, but cute nonetheless.

Security are sticking close to us and Rosie is laughing with them and making faces and it melts my heart - it's not ideal having to have them around constantly when she's not used to that at home but she's taken to them all so well and they're all really sweet with her.

I love my little family and getting to have days like this is all I could ever ask for, especially given our lifestyle. I love seeing Rosie happy and after everything that has happened lately, all I want is for my family to be happy and at peace.

Karlie's POV

"Can we go again, Mama? Please?" Rosie is jumping up and down as she holds my hands, we just got off of our third ride of the 'Dumbo the flying elephant' ride and it's safe to say she's obsessed. "We need to go and have lunch, honey," Taylor laughs as she pick Rosie up, "but I promise we can come back, alright?" Ro isn't happy but she holds out her pinkies to us and we both pinky swear that we'll come back again after lunch.
