Karlie's POV
"Did you have fun, ladybug?" I smile at Rosie as I lift her out of the car. We spent our morning having breakfast with the princesses and then sadly we had to leave, but Rosie was content and excited to see her grandparents and tell them all about it. "It was amazing, Mama!" She grins as she clings to me and Taylor meets us on the sidewalk, "Grammy is so excited to hear all about it," the blonde laughs as she rubs Rosie's back and the three of us make our way inside.
Rosie is chattering away happily as we get to the suite and Taylor unlocks the door, so I put Rosie down when we get inside. "Hey, Peanut," Andrea gives the little girl a warm smile and Taylor shakes her head as our sweet girl starts rambling and jumping around as she tells her Grammy every single detail.
"I'll get him," We hear Auggie crying through the baby monitor and I give Taylor a smile before going to get him. "Good morning, sweet boy," I hum as I find him in the pack 'n' play, his big eyes staring back at me as I pick him up, "there's my favourite little guy." I kiss his little face as I bounce him in my arms, "did you have fun with Grammy and Papa?" I coo at him as I carry him back to Taylor, she's been desperate to see him since we left yesterday morning.
Andrea and Scott insist that he was a little angel and we choose to believe them. "We'll take you to meet all the princesses one day too, little man, I promise," Taylor kisses his head as she holds Rosie and I pat his little back, "I'm sure Ro will teach him to love them all just as much as she does, right ladybug?" The five year old nods, she already likes to watch her cartoons with Auggie, I just know they're gonna be so close when he's older.
Taylor's POV
"Is she ready?" Karlie comes into our room with August in her arms and she nods, "Ro is hanging out with her Grammy and this little guy is all ready to go," she grins as she carries the little guy, she changed him out of his sleeper and into the cutest little romper. "Look at my perfect little man," I pout as I put in my last earring and then scoop him up out of her arms, "you're always gonna be our sweet baby boy, Auggie," I smile as I kiss his cheeks, he's our little guy.
Karlie grabs the last few things she needs as I take Auggie and double check the diaper bag. We're all going out to dinner and then I made plans for afterwards, trying to make the most of our last night in Paris.
"Honey," I'm surprised when I hear the voice and I turn to look and spot my dad, poking his head out of the room and motioning for me to follow him. "Mission accomplished," he winks at me as he grins and I shake my head laughing, "thank you, dad," I press a kiss to his cheek and smile down at Auggie, "Mama is gonna be so surprised, Auggie."

"Are you sure you don't want your sweater, Rory?" The little blonde is walking ahead of us with her papa and she giggles as she looks back, "yes, mama." August is asleep in his car seat and Karlie let Ro have soda with her dinner so the five year old is basically bouncing off the walls. "Teff, where are we going?" Karlie looks to me with a frown as she laughs, the model walking arm in arm with my mom. "I told you, we're going for a walk since someone thought soda before bedtime was a good idea and now someone else needs to burn some energy." She sticks her tongue out at me and I laugh as I roll my eyes as I laugh at her, "very mature, Karls."
Truthfully, I had this planned anyway. This whole trip has centred around Ro and giving her amazing memories, I wanna make this one night about Karlie.
"Look how beautiful it is," I hum as I look out over the Seine, Paris is beautiful but especially at night. "Mama, look how big that building is!" Rosie turns back to look at us and we all nod as my dad starts explaining what the Eiffel Tower is.
We decide to stop for a minute because Karlie wants to take some pictures and it's the perfect opportunity. My dad has the same brainwave and immediately offers to be photographer, so I scoop August up out of his seat and we take a few photos with all of us - most just for us and a couple that are Instagram worthy but preserve the kids' privacy. My parents take some with the little ones and while Karlie is taking the pictures, I use the moment to quickly grab something from the diaper bag.
Karlie's POV
"Come here," I laugh as I take Taylor in my arms, Scott taking pictures as we stand in front of the Eiffel Tower. "You're the love of my life, Karlie Kloss," the blonde is giving me a goofy smile as her arms drape around my neck and I scoff and roll my eyes, "it took you long enough to figure it out."
Taylor gasps as I laugh and pulls her into a kiss, "you are walking a thin line, Kloss," I shake my head with a smirk as I whisper, "good thing you already agreed to marry me then, huh?" Taylor let's me go as she sighs, "about that..."
For a minute my heart falls - every instinct telling me that Taylor is about to tell me she's changed her mind and she doesn't wanna marry me anymore.
"Mama, look!" I didn't even realise I'd zoned out for a second until I hear Rosie's little voice and I look over to her - jumping up and down and grinning brighter than I've ever seen - then I look down to Taylor on one knee in front of me. "Taylor Alison..." I laugh as I tear up, shaking my head at her. We decided to wait to tell people till we got home but I had no idea she was planning anything.
"Karlie, you have been my best friend for nearly seven years and I've been in love with you ever since that first day," Taylor tears up too as she laughs, "I never imagined we'd end up here but I don't want it any other way. So, Karlie Elizabeth Kloss, will you marry me and spend the rest of your life chasing our crazy little monsters around with me?"
Rosie is grinning and laughing and jumping up and down, "say yes, Mama!" We all laugh as she bursts out and I nod, pulling Taylor back to her feet and into a kiss, "yes, Taylor, I'll marry you," we giggle like teenagers and I let her go and Rosie comes running to us. "Mama and I are going to get married, Ro," I laugh as I pick up the little girl, "like Anna and Kristoff!"
Nobody can help laughing at her and we just kiss our sweet girl on the cheek, I already know Taylor did this as much for Rosie as she did for me but I wouldn't have it any other way.
"When did you go and get a ring?" I frown as I hold Rosie on my hip and Taylor smirks at her dad as her parents congratulate us, "my dad helped me out with that one." Taylor has been with me almost every second, and we definitely hadn't been apart long enough to go ring shopping. "Welcome to the family, Karlie," Taylor's parents embrace me just as they have since day one. Nobody batted an eyelid when we started dating, especially not our families. "I told you I was going to buy you a ring when we got home, you pulled a surprise attack!"
Taylor smirks as she shrugs and she looks to her parents, "technically Kar proposed first a few days ago and I said yes, but I told her that it was supposed to be me asking her, so I had to improvise." She meets my eyes as she laughs and I take her hand, "I needed to make sure you got your moment before we told everyone, it was only fair."
The way I proposed wasn't exactly planned or as special as Taylor made tonight, but it was special for her and that's what matters to me. That night was for us and tonight was too, but having her parents and our kids here makes it a special moment for us all.
We made so many beautiful memories here, hopefully the firsts of many, and it just makes me even more excited for what's going to come next.
