"I've got it, Sel, don't worry," I smile at the brunette as she hands me Rosie's lunch bag. "You're sure your moms are okay with this?" I nod as I laugh, "this isn't the first time I've driven Ro to school, plus I've got Nia, so even if I suddenly forget how to drive then we'll be all good!" She narrows her eyes at me, evidently not impressed by the joke.

I lean over the side of the pack n play to kiss the two toddlers on the cheek, and then I look back to her as I grab my keys, "we'll be safe, I promise, and I'll text you when she's safely in class. Call me if you need anything, yeah?" She agrees, so I wave to her one more time as I go back to Rosie and Nia who are waiting by the door for me.

"Ready for school?" I smile at Rosie and she nods, she's always loved school, so this will be a good distraction for her. Then hopefully our moms will be home with the babies when we get back.

Rosie gets into the back of my bug and insists that we listen to mom's music, but specifically the songs that she's written about Karlie over the years. They've always been Ro's favourites.

"They really love each other," Nia looks over to me with a soft smile as she listens to 'Dancing with our hands tied' and I just nod, "yeah, they really do."

- Karlie -

"I feel like a cow," I just laugh as I sit in the hospital bed, passing Freya to Taylor and taking Elowen since she decided she was hungry as soon as her sister finished eating. "It'll get easier, babe, we'll get them into a routine and you can pump and it'll all be okay," Taylor gives me a soft smile as she settles the milk drunk newborn against her chest to burp her.

I look down to Elowen with a raised eyebrow, "I have a feeling that these two are going to give us a run for our money, huh?" She stares up at me with big blue eyes and it melts my heart. They're almost destined to be harder babies, just because Auggie was so good.

"Ladies, is now a good time to have a little chat?" There's a knock on the open door and Dr King walks in with a warm smile on her face. "Of course," I grab the swaddle blanket that's nearby and drape it over me to cover myself up as she comes into the room and closes the door.

Taylor sits on the bottom of the bed and offers the seat to the doctor, who perches on the edge as she smiles at us. "How are we feeling about going home this afternoon?" I look down to the baby in my arms as I smile, "I feel good and ready, and I'll feel even better if you tell us we can take our girls home with us?"

She laughs as she nods, "I can confirm that your girls passed every test with flying colours. There's no indication that they need the extra support that would require them staying with us for a little longer. You can take them home today."

It's like the weight of the world falls off my shoulders as she says those words. "Thank you, Charlotte, for everything," she nods as she smiles back at us, but we owe all of this to her. "I would like to check you over one more time before I sign your discharge papers, but then you're free to go home," I nod in agreement, I'll do just about anything to take our girls and get home to our babies.

- Taylor -

"Are you okay?" I anxiously watch on as Karlie gets settled in the backseat beside the two babies, both girls happily asleep in their car seats. "I'm fine, Tay, we all are," she has the brightest smile on her face as she watches the babies and I nod, "then let's go home."

I let Selena know we're coming home and by the time we get there, it shouldn't be that long before the girls are home too.

"Put Lover on, please? I want them to know how incredible their mommy is from day one," Karlie looks up to me with excited eyes before I pull out of the parking spot, and I agree, putting my album on before heading for home.
