Ch. 46 On the way to Dartz' lair

The world just kept crumbling, and everyone was getting worried.

"The building's collapsing!" Tea cried as she saw the building starting to collapse.

"Oh no!" Mokuba also cried as he held onto Lea as tight as he could while she was trembling into his chest.

"Get out of here while you can. You won't have much time." Rafael urged the gang.

"He's right, guys." Tristan agreed with Rafael.

All of a sudden, the floor was cracking behind both Lea and Mokuba, which startled them and they backed away from it as Mokuba cried out, "We're too late!"

The building just kept collapsing, and Tea was just frightened than ever, "There goes our ride down!"

"Oh great! We're stranded!" Tristan exclaimed as he was exasperated.

"If only Roland were here." Sora said shakily, before suddenly...

"Mr. Kaiba! Ms. Kaiba! Up here!" Came Roland's voice, and everyone all looked up to see that Roland's helicopter had just shown up as if Sora's prayers had been answered!

"Look! It's Roland!" Mokuba exclaimed as he was relieved to see him.

"Thank god." Sora sighed in relief.

"We're safe!" Tristan exclaimed happily.

"Come on! Follow me!" Mokuba commanded the gang as he quickly ran towards the helicopter while holding Lea's hand.

"Let's go, dorks! Move!" Seto urged the gang, and both Sora and Lea rolled their eyes at the fact that Seto always calls their friends names.

Meanwhile, both Yami and Kylie were helping Rafael walk as he was too weak to walk by himself at the moment, and Yami told Rafael, "We're almost out, hang in there."

"I'll try." Rafael replied unsurely.

"You're gonna be okay, Rafael." Kylie told her big brother figure softly.

Meanwhile, as Tristan, Sora and Tea were all about to get inside the helicopter, Tea suddenly noticed something, "Hold on! The pharaoh and Kylie are still out there!"

"What?!" Sora exclaimed worriedly, then she saw that the stairs that both Yami and Kylie were walking up together were starting to collapse.

"Pharaoh! Kylie!" Tristan, Sora and Tea all cried out together.

"We gotta go back for them!" Sora urged, while the pad itself split open which left Roland to balance wildly with one leg on either side while he was panicking but he managed to jump back to one side while he turned to both Seto & Sora and told them, "We have to leave now, Mr. and Ms. Kaiba!"

"Say what?!" Tea exclaimed in disbelief and worry.

"No! Not without Yami, Kylie and Rafael!" Sora protested.

Meanwhile, Rafael had just gotten himself out of both Yami and Kylie's arms, which made them both shocked as they exclaimed "What are you doing?!" together before they felt themselves getting heaved up over the edge onto the landing pad while the stairway crumbled.

"Rafael, no!" Both Yami and Kylie cried out together, just before they looked down and saw that Rafael had managed to hang onto the edge of the building as the stairway fell away. Both Yami and Kylie knelt over him while Yami told him, "Hang on, I won't leave without you!"
