"Hey," Patton kissed Logan's face as the morning sunlight spilt into the room. A twinkling smile was bloomed upon Patton's face. After the two has visited Emile, Logan had completely clocked out after dinner. It had been a week and nightmares that Logan gets, started getting a little more frequent, waking them both up at least once a night with crying.

Of course Patton had started to get worried about him. But he couldn't just straight up ask 'Hey, whose Virgil and why haven't you mentioned him before', without it sounding pressuring and demanding. He did want to know though. But he didn't want to hurt Logan.

Leaning into Patton's warm hand on his cheek, Logan's face shone with a gentle smile as he brought up his hand to hold Patton's with his own. "Morning," Logan cooed quietly, his voice gravelly like every morning, holding Patton's hand againest his face. The smell of last night's sweet and sour chicken absorbed his every sense as their noses were meerly only two inches away from each other.

Gently bringing Logan in, they kissed for a neverending moment before chuckling like teens having their first kiss. "I'll go make breakfast, I'll get you when I've made it,"

"I know you will," Logan leaned up, pressing his warm, sleepy lips againest Patton's cheek. "It'll be cereal anyways,"

"Awh, I thought you liked cereal," Patton got up slowly moving towards to door.

"Don't be silly, you know I do,"

Light shone into the room as Logan sat up again, his glasses lobsided as his hair had become an uncomfortable mess. Rubbing his eyes from under his glasses, bowl lay in his lap as Patton said something like: 'I'm going to wake the kids up'.

Humming in response, Logan readjusted his glasses and began eating. It was his favourite cereal as well: wheatabix.

"Thank you mi amour," Logan called to Patton as he began to close the door behind him, blowing a kiss to Logan before leaving. Scoffing, Logan caught it, much to his dismay. Though he'd be lying if he didn't love when Patton did that.

After finishing his breakfast, Logan put the bowl to the side and stood up. His knees felt slightly weak, but that was the norm for now. Sighing, Logan grabbed the bowl again and brought it to the kitchen.

Sitting down on the sofa, one of the shows Yvette had started to binge watch was playing: She Ra and the Princesses of Power. Next to Logan, Yvette was scribbling away at her homework, occasionally looking up at the tv for whatever was currently going on.

Looking over Yvette's shoulder, Logan scanned the homework. "You should recheak your workings for this one hon," Logan pointed at question 2 of Yvette's english homework. They had already began doing comprehensions.

Raising an eyebrow, Yvette stopped working on the question she was on and reread her answer for question 2. "Oops," She said correcting her answer, scratching the rubber againest the paper then rewriting her answer.

"Here's a tip," Logan leaned on his hand with his elbow on his thigh, "Read the question out loud before answering,"

"Okay dad," Yvette rolled her eyes, clearly bored and wanting to finish the homework as quick as possible so she could watch She-Ra.

Watching over Yvette's shoulder, writting painted itself onto Logan's left arm. 'I love you Lo,' a small reminder from Patton glowed with a precious smile. Smiling like a dork, Logan borrowed a pen from Yvette's pencil case and wrote back.

'I love you too mi amour,' Patton smiled gently at the simple reply that mirrored his message.
