Just like that autumn day where the cold sun's light shone upon the crowds of people below on that crisp autumn morning.
The sun coldly shone through the rain as the smell of grass and flowers blooming filled the air. The trees leaves grew and didn't fall. They were the only onlys that fell, physically and metaphorically.
"Ouchy!" The two men fell apart as they collided with one another. Both falling to the damp concrete floor.
"Patton?" Logan rubbed his head softly. He chuckled.
"Logan?" Patton stared at the other man on the floor in front of him.
Logan had the same light brown hair as always, and the same brown eyes. And the same beautiful freckles that covered his skin. Different glasses, different look in his eyes as he looked at Patton.
Pattons eyes froze like glass as he noticed who he was speaking to, "Logan..."
The other male practically tackled him, making Patton fall over. He'd missed Patton so much it hurt. The only thing keeping him alive was Janus who made sure he ate, slept and drank.
Hesitantly Patton placed his hands on Logan's back.
People were now staring at them. Patton could feel every pair of eyes on his skin, tracing his every move. They were all watching him. They all were watching him. All of them were watching him. Not because he could see them, he just knew.
Then Logan did something unexpected, he started crying. Right there in the middle of the street, he was crying on Patton.
"Logan!" Patton began crying as well as he finally processed everything, "Oh my god...Logan....I'm so sorry,"
The day greeted the two happily as the spring breeze ran though both of their hair as they cried. The trees held up nests as they got stroked by passing blows of the april breeze. Cars went though the street like any other day and the people walked past in the same way.
Patton held Logans head closer to him as they held each other in their arms, "I'm so sorry..."
"I'm so so sorry,"
"GET OUT OF THE FUCKING STREET,"
The two got off the floor, both still in tears. But it was okay. Everything was going to be okay.
"So where are you off to?" Logan asked taking Patton's hand as the began to walk to where ever Patton was going.
"I was going to see you..." Patton chuckled at the irony.
Logan began laughing as well, "Well, I too was going to visit you,"
The two continued walking in hysteria at the unusual occurrence. They both came across a familar coffee shop. The one they met each other in, offically anyway.
The cafe still had the same hand painted walls that had mugs and strawberries with cream with a yellow background. The lights were still a warm yellow and it still seemed like they could easily be used in someones kitchen. They still had a long table facing outside to the garden across the streets that had a beautiful variety of flowers that bloomed more now that it was spring and not autumn. Lastly, of course they still had the regular tables inside. The whole establishment honestly still had that homely aura to it like that day in autumn.
Ting!
The bell that hung above the door rang as the both came back in.
Staff started whisperimg among themselves as Logan hadn't been in the shop in quite a while. Mainly because he never really left the shop that often anymore. Still, that weird nerd had a place in the shop's heart, well if it had one, Logan just fit in well with the whole shop like he was supposed to be there.
