"PATTON MAKES AN ENTRANCE!" Patton called into the apartment as he barged in, with the key Roman gave him. He's not a criminal.

Yvette and Logan, however, were acting like normal people as they followed Patton in Roman and Remus' apartment.

"AHHHHHHH BE MORE CHILL REFERENCE!" Roman yelled, walking in, in 3 inch heels like that weird aunt that you never actually knew. Today, Roman was wearing pyjamas, like anyone would do in the comfort of their own home, but, he also decided to break in some new heels as well.

"SHUT UP ROMAN!" Remus yelled sloppily from his bedroom after being awoken by the two theatre nerds.

"SORRY REMUS!" Roman yelled back, "Look who's with her, oh my god,"

"Heathers!" Patton pointed out.

The two friends chuckled as Roman led the group into his large living room.

The rooms were plastered with fairy lights on every wall and corner, the red curtains were flown open revealing the world to the room. The TV hung from the wall like a photo as there were several shelves of Disney movies below. The cream, L shaped sofa had sequin pillows that went from red to green and vice versa. Pictures from when the siblings were young were hung on the peach walls as well as images of their parents and a few of Patton, Logan and Roman. A decently sized coffee table sat snugly between the TV and the sofa. Then lastly, a lone lamp sat in an empty corner all by itself.

Roman quickly changed the channel to the kids channel he usually saw Yvette watching and then passed her the remote, "We also have Disney plus and all the movies if you wanna use then," He told her as she nodded, plopling herself right in the middle of the sofa.

Logan sat nearby as Roman and Patton sat on the other side of the sofa. He watched gravity fall intentively, he knew the general plot of the show but also enjoyed looking for all of the foreshadowing in it. It was a generally entertaining show, even if it was considered a kids show.

"So what have you been up to?" Patton began the conversation cheerfully.

"Oh the normal things, rewatching the Disney movies again, yelling at my brother to do his GODDAMN HOMEWORK!" He yelled through the house so Remus could hear him.

"Language!" Patton scolded.

"Oh! I also found out what's up with you-know-what," Roman announced to his friend.

Patton's eyes widen as he heard those words, "So? What does it mean?"

"It mean..." His eyes darkened as he looked at one of the many marking on his body, "It means they're dead,"

"Oh...." Patton sighed sympathetically as he placed a hand on Roman shoulder, patting it gently, "I'm so sorry Roman,"

All Roman did was smile at Patton, "It's alright, anyways, I still have Remus, that's enough for me," he told Patton as his glassy eyes glistened in the natural light that poured into the room.

"Speaking of Remus, how's his friend doing?" Patton changed the subject.

"Oh, Janus," Roman confirmed, "They're doing alright I suppose, he sometimes comes over to hang out with Remus, I'm glad he has a friend that puts up with his weird shit,"

"Language!" Patton chuckled. Remus was indeed a disturbing person, but in a charming way.

Logans ears twitched at the name of his former employee, "Janus Friar?" Logan asked Roman.

"Yeah, that's him," Roman replied, pointing his finger at Logan.

"He was a former volunteer at the shop," Logan informed them, "I'm glad he's doing alright," Janus was an odd individual, even when Logan offered to pay the teenager, he refused to. Strange indeed.
