Chapter 46 - Logan Lovell

I don't think waking up in a hospital is what Logan wanted to do on his Sunday.

"WHAT?" Janus practically yelled into the house phone, "Wait one moment,"

He held the phone before yelling, "WHERE ON EARTH IS PATTON?!"

"Thank you we'll be there as soon as we can," He politely said before hanging up the phone.

A ray of light cracked through Patton's eyelid as his heavy body groaned from under neath the covers. The burning of the light forced open his eyes to greet the day with an uncomfortable frown.

The previous night, he'd stayed at his parents houses, though, they didn't have an extra room so he ended up sleeping on the sofa. Honestly, he would had rather slepted on the floor, well that's what the back pain told him.

"Honey, I made you some toast, it's on the side," Veronica told him from the kitchen with a simple bowl of cereal. It was coco pops, her favourite.

He rubbed his head softly, stretching out his legs before a large yawn left his mouth. As he folded the blanket-

Buzzzzzzzzzzz!

"Oh yes! That has been going off like that for a while," Veronica peaked in from the kitchen, pointing to Patton's phone whilst wiping her mouth with a napkin.

Raising an eyebrow, Patton placed the blanket on the sofa before finally picking up the phone, "Hello?"

"HOLYFUCKPATTONFINALLY!"

"NO SWEARING IN THE FUCKING HOUSE YOU PISSBABY!" Patton heard from the other line.

Frowning with puffed cheeks, as he tried he hold back a laugh he muted himself. Barrels of laughter blew out gusts of wind out of Patton's chickmunk cheeks.

After regaining his composure, he answered them, "What's up Ro?"

"COME HOME! WAIT NO WE'LL COME TO YOU! WHERE ARE YOU?!" He yelled through the phone insanely loud as if escaping from an asylum.

Chuckling lightly, he said, "I'll come to you guys, you have no sense of direction, plus you don't even know where my parents live!" He exclaimed.

"FINEBUTCOMEQUICKLY!"

"Bye!" Patton ended.

"BYE!" Everyone on the other line yelled back. I think it was ...Roman ...Remus ....Janus ....Yvette ....everyone I suppose. Strange.

Well Patton will find out soon so we'll just have to wait a few paragraphs.

"Sorry for having to leave so soon," Patton said as he was embraced into his mothers warm touch of lightness.

Veronica let go, being able to look him in the eyes, she brushed his clothing a bit, "That's alright, I'm glad you came to visit, even for a bit,"

"I love you mum," Patton told her, kissing her cheek.

Hopping away, he waved her goodbye, "I love you more," She told him as he left her in the house.

The ground was still wet from the previous day. The sky had cleared up it's tears and it's pillows had left it all alone up there as it shined happily on the people below.

Ding! Dong!

Before Patton even managed to place his hand away from the door buzzer, he was already swooped up and was currently in a car with four other people. It was his people. Well not his people but you know what I mean!
