He has Israeli and German citizenship.
Dual citizenship is usually not done in Germany but Prussia kind of blackmailed them as it would be a shame if your own personification choose another country above you.
Germany does not recognise Palestine, but does recognise Israel, therefore he officially has Israeli citizenship.
However he doesnt give a fuck and changes it to Palestinean whenever he's talking.
