Prussia

As a child he was expected to fulfill nearly impossible standards and he was heavily pushed.
He'd train so long until he collapses - sometimes faints - only to redo it.
He had several injuries due to the heavy training which weren't able to heal properly. In turn he has less power than he could have due to muscle damage.
He was constantly covered in bruises and cuts due to endless rounds of sparring in full armor in the 13th century (mail and mostly padding with a few plates).

This also applied for his education. When he made a mistake he was punished for it.
Including the strain on his mentality the situation in Prussia had on him, he was completely burnt out for centuries and got his short temper from there. He gets easily irritated and angry because nobody would listen otherwise.

He largely shook his trained behaviour off but some kept with him.
For example his training is still brutal (American Independence War), he is still terrified of mistakes and he suffers from anxiety.
His short temper of course is also a remain.
