When its time for the shooting
Germany usually covers Prussia's ears because he's sensitive to loud sounds and gets easily panic attacks at the sound of shooting.
Prussia also usually picks up a part of the broken eagle and gets sometimes very emotional at the sight of them shooting it.
It also took a long time until he was stable enough to go through it.
It reminds him of his country's fall.
