Prussia becomes very calm and fairly childish and vulnerable in a relationship. He loosens up his pride and ego loosens up about no touching rule.
Prussia becomes hella vulnerable and careless at their side and can act really child-like at their side.
It's almost like how Italy acts with Germany just less obvious.
Prussia softens up extremely much so most are surprise if they see them like this. Thats a reason why Hungary is capable of hitting him without getting dodged. He becomes careless around her.
He has also seperation anxiety so he usually tries to follow his crush around, afraid to be left behind.
