He was raised Jewish, Muslim and Christian. Her mother, Palestine, is muslim and to her, Jews, Muslims and Christians all follow one god. It's a trilogy of holy scriptures. The Torah, the Gospel and the Qur'an. She follows the rules of all three and so she taught Prussia. While he largely lives after the Gospel, some apsects of the Torah and the Gospel sticked to him. He doesn't eat pork for example. He is very picky about body hygiene and he /prefers/ modesty.
He usually keeps himself at a rate of modesty, but he'd wear other stuff as well (mostly as a joke; like in the April fool Episode)
He prays five times a day. Rarer in church, more often at home.
He has an own little sign when Ludwig isn't allowed to go in his room.
He doesn't fast, his body can't hold it.
(He does try as much as he can without passing out. Ludwig and Palestine kind of appreciate his efforts but at the same time scold him for doing something, his body couldn't hold)
