During the Cold War, and him being the GDR, Russia tortured and abused him many times.
Russia would constantly call him any kinds of nicknames.
"Snowwhite", "Bunny", "Sweetie", "Sweatheart", "little one", "Gil"..
Russia is also the reason why Prussia strictly doesn't want longer hair.
During the Cold war, he really coulrn't move much. So his hair grew fairly long over the many years.
Russia would pull at it and drag him along and say that he likes his hair because he can drag him around.
