He'd also probably walk in night on the other side of the street to avoid that women feel threatened and followed..
Possibly he'd ask them if he should call an uber or if he should accompany her until she's safe.
The latter rarely goes into action tho as he fears a woman might feel threatened by that question.
If he does perverted things to England or others, its because he knows they are fine with it.
If he talks to tsunderes he has to make sure thrice.
