He has a constant eerie aura around him.
It's one of the reason he doesn't have many friend nor social contacts overall.
When a stranger looks at him a feeling of fright and unplaceable terror is instilled in them.
Place Norway and Denmark next to each other you feel danger from Denmark but you can place it on him being armed with a big axe.
You feel danger from Norway and you don't know why. He is unarmed, completely calm but something still makes you feel scared.
Lukas is also fully aware of the effect he has onto people and likes to endulge in loneliness.
Denmark, Iceland, Sweden and Finland all are uneffected due to centuries of living side by side with him.
The reason for this eerie feeling are his magical abilities and the fact that he would not hesitate to kill - if he sees it as needed.
Bonus:
If he has a song it would be "Lullaby of the False Hydra" by EmpathP.
While hes not evil in itself, the eerie, depressing feeling of it translates perfectly onto him.
