Finland had shot Russia during the continuation war and knocked him out. It gave Tino nightmares, depression and sleep paralysis. He still doesnt know why. He guesses..its just what happens when you kill someone.
However, he had to actually be /ordered/ to leave to Sweden to receive therapy. Otherwise Finland wouldnt have gone. He actually tried convincing his boss back then on letting him back in the military.
