Before long, your weeklong work study was over and you were all back at U.A, excitedly chattering about everything that you'd learnt.
You were talking with Jirou, the two of you having put what happened on the night of the festival behind you. She'd learnt to control her heartbeat better so that she could cause more destruction.
"Y/N-chan, what'd you learn?" Denki asked you, draping an arm over your shoulder, promptly sitting on your lap.
"How to control an agency," you mumbled, hoping few people heard you. However, this was Class A, the information spread through there like wildfire.
"Is that why you were never doing fieldwork?" Midoriya asked.
"Trust me, field is better than doing paperwork," you groaned.
While being in the safety of the building seemed better, it was arguably more boring. Even when one would assume that there's more work to be in the office, the thrill of the field duty was one that couldn't be replaced.
Your days were filled with doing paperwork and learning from all the sidekicks at Endeavour's agency on how to run the place. Considering very few heroes had their own agencies, it was a difficult feat to manage, yet you still wanted to aim for it.
"So you didn't improve your quirk much?" Jirou asked.
"My quirk isn't at its full potential in class, I need either an open field or an area that I sealed," you explained, standing up. "Since my control is good, I thought I could learn management since that's what we'll be doing soon."
"Y/N-chan, you can set me down now," Denki whimpered, clinging to your neck.
You sighed, setting him down before grabbing your costume. Iida had already begun directing all of you to the field Aizawa wanted you in, and eventhough he claimed he'd gotten more flexible, he only seemed more fired up to you.
You all split up to change, everyone admiring each other's costumes and any new changes that had been made.
The only change you'd gotten was cargo pants made out of insulated fabric, allowing electricity to pass through but being a great utility as well. Due to that, you didn't need your jacket anymore, so you just wrapped it around your waist, only putting it on when it got too cold.
"Nice look, Shirakumo-chan, I approve!" Mina grinned, sending you a bright thumbs up.
"Thanks Mina, you wanna see the functions?" You asked excitedly.
The two of you excitedly chattered about all the additions you'd made, starting from your first ever hero costume. You were both already outside in the training ground, waiting for everyone else as she asked questions and gave suggestions.
Your costume wasn't the most fashionable, but it made up for it in practicality. However, to make it big as a hero, especially a female one, looking good was a key factor. Mina gave you many ideas to spice up your costume, for which in turn, you gave her ideas to make hers more practically and suited for her quirk.
It wasn't long before Aizawa and your classmates arrived, all glad to be back. However, before you could even get to anything, the PA called Aizawa, you and Present Mic to the faculty room.
"I promise I didn't commit a murder yet," you hastily stated, nervous that you were being called in to the office.
"Yet?" Mineta whimpered.
"Doesn't matter, Nezu better have some explanation," Aizawa grumbled, dragging you with his scarf as he left All Might in charge.
As you got to the principal's office, you saw him already telling Mic what the situation was.
"Shota we can't take her, trust me," Mic stated, visibly nervous.
"Why not, what's the situation?" You asked, voice coming out more demanding than you'd meant it to.
"Your brother was turned into a Nomu," Nezu informed you, nonchalantly sipping tea.
"He was what?" You snarled.
By now, Aizawa's grip on you had considerably loosened as the shock had gotten to him, allowing you an easy escape. Your brother had died when you were a year old, he was practically a stranger to you, but he was Aizawa's and Hizashi's best friend. Not to mention, no matter how close you were, you weren't going to forgive the villains for turning him into a Nomu.
"Shirakumo-San please calm down, we don't need you trying to fight All for One," Nezu chortled, eventhough there was some truth behind his words.
He was well aware that your sense of justice was strong, leaving you ready to fight anyone to teach them or help them in some manner.
"Nezu-San, with all due respect, I have every right to know the state my brother is in, definitely more than these two do because I'm a direct blood relative," you argued, leaning over his desk, ready to punch him if it wouldn't cost you an expulsion.
"Y/N-San please," Mic grimaced pulling you back. "We're going to see him now, please calm down."
"You of all people have no right to tell me to calm down. He died fifteen years ago, if this is all a sick joke I will-" before you could continue however, Aizawa wrapped his scarf around your mouth, successfully stopping your speech. He held it around your nose and mouth, stopping air flow long enough for you to pass out and fall into Mic's arms.
The next time you regained consciousness, you were already in the car. Aizawa and Hizashi were in the front seats, talking quietly yet evidently agitated, and you were in the back, lying down.
"Good you're awake," Aizawa sternly began, scarf at the ready. "If in case this is a sick joke, I want you to control yourself. We can't let the villains know that they can get under our skin that easily."
You scoffed, leaning back against your chair in annoyance.
"Do I make myself clear, Shirakumo Y/N?" Aizawa asked, glaring at you through the rear view mirror.
He rarely used your last name, let alone your full name, due to it always being associated with your brother. Of course, he used it in class to preserve your relationship with the class teacher, so that the students wouldn't think you were only getting good grades because the two of you were close. This of course let you know that every time he used your last name without others around, he was deathly serious and willing to kill.
You just had to hope that you were lucky enough to not be on the receiving end of Aizawa's wrath.
"Yessir," you sighed, responding to the man.
Everyone knew that the wrath of Aizawa Shota was unstoppable and a stronger weapon than many things. Those who survived it were lucky to be able to tell the tale.
