"come on sweetheart", I giggled while carrying Sarah into the kitchen. It was almost ten, but she insisted that it was too early.
"it's so cold", she mumbled as I placed her on the counter
I kissed her forehead, walking over the the couch grabbing a blanket, before wrapping it around her naked body
"well maybe if you had just got up instead of protesting you would have some clothes on", I spoke standing between her legs
"yeah, well who puts their naked lover onto a cold table anyway", she spoke lazily
"me I do, because I prefer you naked", I said pulling the blanket off her slightly so I could kiss her shoulder "coffee?", I pulled back
"yeah", she smiled
"wait where are you going?", I turned as she hopped off of the counter
"to put some clothes on", she shrugged
"oh no you don't", I stepped on the back on the blanket that was dragging against the floor
"hey", she laughed as the blanket fell
"come here", I tugged her arm, brining her into my embrace
"can I please put some clothes on?"
"no", I spoke simply, running my hands up and down her back, occasionally grazing over her ass
"mm, I love you", she breathed
"I love you my angel", I squeezed her tighter
"I love you more"
"I love you most"
"impossible"
"nothings impossible", I hummed

"so sweetheart, I thought we would go out to dinner tonight. We never did have that seven month anniversary", I said walking into the bedroom where Sarah was reading
"yes, but then we were apart for three months, and it's been two weeks since you've been back", Sarah said, turning her attention back to the book
"which means that in a month and two weeks will be our one year anniversary", I smiled taking the book out of her hand, strangling her waist
"no, in two weeks it will be our eight month anniversary", she looked up at me
"why?"
"because you left for three months and when you left it was a week until our seven month anniversary. You have been back for two weeks, meaning that in two weeks it will be eight months", Sarah explained
"you're going to cancel out those three months?.. seriously", I whined
"yeah, sorry darling", she shrugged, rather amused
"but.. that like doesn't even count.. we still loved each other"
"in case you forgot.. you got engaged", Sarah smirked, sitting up with me still sitting on her hips
"well then can we go out anyway? and in two weeks I'll take you out again for our eight month anniversary"
"sure", Sarah beamed capturing my lips in hers

"sweetheart what is taking so long", I called for the fourth time standing outside the locked bathroom door
"one more minute"
"honey you said that twenty minutes ago and I don't want to be late to our reservation"
