Regulus walked into the great hall, he watched as everyone turned to face him wide eyed. He looked to the gryffindor table with a nervous look. But they were all staring too, James' forehead was placed on the table.

"Um... hey guys" Regulus sat down staring at James concerned, "is he okay?"

"He's fine, nice tie" Regulus looked down from Sirius, to see a red and gold tie staring back a him, revealing all his and James' secrets.

"Fuck" they must've switched when Regulus was trying to sneak out that morning. James looked up at him with an apologetic smile his green tie undone around his neck.

"Oi what did I say, no looking at him you pervert" James placed his head back on the table with an incoherent whine. "You two, common room, after breakfast... and James I'd watch out for Lily..." Regulus looked down at James frowning, he couldn't help but take his hand from under the table and squeeze it.

"Please don't make a big deal out of it... if our parents find out" Sirius' face softened as he stared at Regulus. He had been out with Remus for so long he forgot the fear of being outed as a Black.

"I won't make a big deal... but it's gonna be hard to explain to everyone here why you two are wearing eachothers ties" Regulus turned to face all the students staring at them in intrest... or discust.

"I didn't want to hurt Lily... or" James looked at Regulus with an apologetic smile.

"I told you, I'm fine" Sirius glared at the two who shared too much love in eachothers glances. Of course he knew something like this would happen, the air around them was always thick with tension. But his brother was being hurt, and didn't seem to care.

"You aren't fine Regulus" Regulus and James both turned to Sirius with wide eyes, too lost in eachother to remember that he was even there.

"Shut up Sirius, if I say I'm fine then I am" James looked at Regulus sad, he could tell he wasn't, but now that he had Regulus he didn't know if he could stop. He knew he was being a bad person, valuing his feelings over those of Regulus, and his own damn girlfriends. But when he was with Regulus he felt like he could finaly breath, and he didn't know if he wanted to go back to suffocating.
