LEMUEL.

Sometimes I wonder what the problem is with Lilly.

She chose her family over me.

I think the best thing we need right now is that break. She needs to know if she's ready for this or not. I don't want to be the one pushing her.

But I'm really hurt.

I scoffed at her lame excuse of not paying attention to her family as I drank from my bottle of whiskey.

I'm going to drink to stupor tonight. Till I can't feel all of my pains.

I think I've been unfortunate with love. I keep meeting the wrong women.

Man, I don't even know Lilly anymore.

She turned her back on me on a very special day.

Seconds ago, I really meant what I said about not going after her. She broke up with me for her own reasons so if she wants back in, then she needs to apologise to me.

I chugged another bottle of whiskey down my throat and a young lady walks to me.

Her reeking perfume was what called for my attention. It was so strong, like Lilly's.

I don't pay attention to her physical appearance but I notice that she is dark in complexion.

She takes her seat right before me in the same spot that Lilly was sitting.

Okay, what the hell is this?

First, you just sat in my girls seat.
Second, I don't even know you.

I just stare at her in confusion trying to signal to her that I'm not in the mood that I didn't even know when she snatched the bottle of whiskey from me. She emptied the remaining content into an empty glass.

Who's this pain in the ass?

I'm too tired to talk so I just decide that I'm going to act like I don't know her.

"Everybody got problems like me," she shrugged and chugged down the glass of whiskey.

She seemed really fine by it you know, she didn't even act like Lilly when she first took alcohol.

"What's your own problem?" I found my self asking, tossing my glass.

"My boyfriend and I had yet another fight." She laughed sarcastically, she seemed like she was already getting drunk.

"It like we are not even compatible, But just can't end it." She finished up and poured herself another shot.

I had nothing to say.

"What about you?" She asked with interest.

Me!!!

"Its complicated." I moved my head.

"Well we got all evening, so?" She looked at me with slurry eyes as she tossed her glass up and down.

I know she's becoming drunk.

"Well my girlfriend just broke up with me, for some stupid reasons. I've been trying to get together with her and just after one month she calls it off. Like who does that?"

Fact is I wasn't getting drunk, I wasn't in the right stare of mind of either.

"Your girl friend." She slurred, demonstrating with her fingers.

That's true..

I think I like miss share a drink.

LILLY
