Days rolled into weeks, weeks into months and trust me, my life has been the best, with my family, friends and Lemuel. I and Lemuel have been going on dates, sending romantic texts, stealing and sharing kisses with hot makeout sessions. My life is complete. So far, there's been ups anddowns; fights, arguments and disagreements. One was over me not telling him about Oscar coming back into my life but through it all, we decided to let our emotions guide us.

I decided to pay lemie a visit today because it's been a while since I went to his house and when I called his office earlier this morning, they told me he wasn't in.

Lemuel will be twenty five on Friday and I don't even know what gift to get him. I was just packing some things into my nude colored hand bag, when Nancy barged in.

I turned and rolled my eyes at Nancy, keeping my hands on my waist.

"No manners abi, you can't knock." I snarled, smiling softly.

Nancy hissed loudly and plopped down into a sofa that was across myh dressing table.

"I never get your time." She retorted, crossing her legs on the the center table.

That table is Italian and it must cost a fortune.

"Nancy abeg remove leg for table." I begged not wanting to annoy this mad woman.

Nancy looked up at me and then back to her phone before eyeing me warily.

"Wahala be like Lilly oo!"

"That's your problem. Ehen, I was thinking of what to get Lemuel for his birthday. I can't seem to find.."

"Thinking of what?" Tessa barged in slamming the door behind her.

"Oh my God! You startled me." Nancy clutched her chest and stayed daggers at Tessa who just swayed her wig in pride.

Mad woman!

"Wo Abeg, what were you guys saying? I heard something about buying something." Tessa asked and sat on the arm of the sofa.

"Amebo!" I and Nancy said in unison and she hissed in frustration.

"Anyways we were talking about what to give Lemuel, for his birthday." Nancy answered when she saw that Tessa was about to burst from curiousity.

"It's simple now, just get him a tie." She said.

"Too simple." I shrugged with distaste.

"Wristwatch?" Nancy asked, ceasing her brows in worry.

"Too common." I said and rolled my eyes.

"Why don't you get him a car then." Tessa suggests and starts typing furiously on her phone.

"No be only car, it's private jet." I chuckle.

"It's not a bad idea oo. Besides you'll be the first woman to gift her boyfriend a car." Nancy touched my shoulders.

Tessa chuckled and face palmed herself. "Me buy my boyfriend a car. When am not mad. Abi Satan ogun want to strike someone ni.."

Before Tessa could finish, Nancy gave her a small knock on het head, telling her to be quiet for once. Tessa's face squeezed into a frown and I'm sure my two friends have a score to settle.

"Guys the point is to be romantic, not unique." I pointed out, running my hands through my hair.

"Get him a car then, words are powerful you know." Nancy said.
