November 28.

Today is the day, the moment we had all waited for. I was sitted on Chisom's bed dressed in a lilac dress that was designed by Lisa. I was one of the bridesmaids. Chisom's friends were all dressed too.

We all sat on the bed, admiring the bride as she steeped into her dress. It was a simple dress that was fitted to the tommy and flay down. It swept the floor and was tapered in delicate, intricate silver lining. It was an off shoulder dress with a deep heartshape cut and the chest was covered in skin net.

"Guys, guys let's go. We are..." Lemuel's mom stormed into the room and stopped in her tracks.

Chisom smiled. "What do you think mom?" She grinned, feeling nervous.

"Darling this dress was made for you. You look so you, and beautiful and natutal." She said gracefully,  taking in Chisom's look.

"But we've got to run along." She added.

Anna hissed. "Dami's gonna have to get used to waiting for his wife."

I nodded my head in agreement and did a small touch on my make up.

Someone sighed heavily and it was the maid of honour Ego. "Guys we are so late." She checked her watch. "Like thirty minutes late."

Anna  groaned rolling her eyes, mom turned to look at us all and Chisom felt sorry maybe for keeping her groom waiting.

"But  we have to take one picture." Mom said and sat next to me on the bed.

"Mom." Chisom cooed,  gathering her dress as if she was ready to leave.

"Chisom." The lady with the French - American accent shouted. "Sit down and let them finish with the dress up."

Chisom reluctantly sat on the dressing seat and they did some finishing touch of her make up, touched a bit of her hair and placed  a perfect crown to fit. Then she wore her wristwatch and the silver bracelet that Lemuel got het as a gift. She wore a small earing and a diamond necklace that had a love shaped pendant.

"So I think we are we are done here." Jake, the makeup artist who was well know announced.

We all stood to see the bride completely  dressed and embedded. Chisomaga was beautiful.

I saw how mom was forcing back a tear from dropping. "Darling you look beautiful." She stated, mesmerized. We all were.

Then she cupped her face and joined her forehead with her's. "I wish you all the best that life can offer you on this special day. And I want you to remember that whenever things get harder, I'm  always here  for you."

"Thank you mummy."

Then she hugged her daughter.

"Oh my God! Why do I feel like getting married again." Adaola, the one who was married amongst the friends whispered from behind me.

Chisom chuckled when she heard that.

"Oh me too." Anna wiped her tears. "You look so priceless and I'm so proud of you." Then she stood to her feet and gave her a hug.

All eyes cast on me, okay I have to say something.

"You've been a good friend to me, a sister too. And I'm happy for you on this special day, I pray for you; that you'll enjoy your marriage.  I hope that... Just forget it, congratulations."

I really had nothing to say.

Then she pulled me in for a hug.

"Chisom your flower." Ego handed the flower over to her.
