Chapter 92 Crimson Peak

A few days after Valentine's Day we said goodbye to Diana, Emma and Sarah that finally flew to London to let us meet her baby girl, she's so cute! And of course Ellie said goodbye to chase and all together we flow out in
Ontario, Canada.

Tom starts filming Crimson Peak in just two days, we've been here since yesterday and tonight we are going to have dinner with Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain and Guillermo del Toro the film producer.
They made a reservation in a nice restaurant and we are supposed to meet there at 7.30 so we still have about two hours to get ready and go there.
I took my time in the shower and so did Tom after me, the kids got showered earlier this afternoon and the twins had a bath last night.
This morning Ellie told me that she was going to help Alex pick out something to wear so I or Tom didn't have to.
We are going to be elegant but not too much, if you know what I mean; anyway this is what we are wearing:

Once I was done with my make up I went to check the kids finding them ready and Tom finishing to dress the twins.
"I guess we are ready to go!" I say making Tom turn to me smiling big as he takes Lukas in his arms and gently lays him in the stroller, near his sister.
"We are, let's get in the car"
We drive the luckily not so long distance to the restaurant Guillermo del Toro chose.

"Hi, we have are looking for friends, reservations under Crimson" Tom says
The man, he has grey hair and seems very polite, addresses us to the table where Mia, Jessica and Guillermo are already sitting and as soon as they see Tom they all stand up to greet us.
"Thomas, is good to see you!"
"You too Guillermo! Evening ladies!" He says hugging the three and then we proceed with the presentation.
The two woman didn't bring their respective boyfriend to Canada so they usually make each other company, and when we finally sit they immediately invite Ellie and I out for a girls day, of course they said the twins can come too.

We begin eating falling easily into conversation.
"I'll just go to the bathroom..." Mia says
"Me too, Charlotte care to join?"
I look at the two women in front of me and excuse myself, following them.
"Just a little excuse to get away" Jessica says laughing a bit
"Ohh...that's what it is then!"
"Yup!"
"Did Tom talked to you about the movie!"
"Uhm yeah a bit, not too much cause I can't already wait to go see it in the cinemas or at the premiere"
"Did he tell you there are going to be...you know...sexy scenes!" Mia says
"He talked to me about that yes, he was worried I wouldn't want him to accept the role so he talked to me about nudity and the other stuff. I'm not worried, I know my Tom, and I trust you girls completely"
"That's nice to hear"
We finish touching up our makeup, or maybe that is just an excuse, and return to the table finding the kids laughing at something Guillermo said.

We finish dinner and stay to talk a bit more, but then both twins start to fuss, they are pretty tired
"Oh poor thing come to papa!" Tom says securing Kate in his arms.
And at the same Tim I cradle Lukas.
"Sorry, I think we must go" Tom says
They say it's ok and we will see each other very soon, we then bid goodbye and reach our rental house.
Ellie and Alex put themselves to bed and we cuddle with the twins for at least an hour before we are able to calm them down and put them to bed.
Quite exhausted I take off my make up and jump in bed, with Tom following me soon after.
He opens his arms, letting me rest my head on his chest, he starts to play with my hair and we soon feel in a very peaceful slumber.
