But as Doyun said....he only has stories to believe. But how come his wounds do heal with the help of vampires? Could it be that both of the stories are true? Gods gave people these gifts to protect us from vampires. The ones with those blood, their saliva doesn't work. The ones who got it down from the blood line of Nue...it does work? 

So I'm a not a descendant from Nue her bloodline?

This is giving me a headache!

''Oii wait up!'' I got pulled out of my thoughts by a voice passing my ear. Along with it came a gust of wind as a person a bit taller than me rushed pass me. 

Just a group of friends...

After what happened these days I can't help but think that everyone around us has ill intentions. Even just now I thought the guy was calling out to me, and my thoughts instantly led to the fact he could be a vampire. But instead it was just a regular college guy calling out to his friends a head of me. 

''Can I come over tonight? I...Need to tell you something''

What could it possibly be? Is it about Jooha?

''Y/N'' Before I knew it my arm got lightly pulled back.

''Namgi?'' His harsh breath hit my face as he took a grasp of my shoulders holding tightly. 

''Thank god I ran into you!'' Did something happen?

''Did you just get off work?'' I wanted to convey some small talk first before asking what's going on but it seemed Namgi wasn't up for it. 

''We talk later. We gotta go!'' He was quick to clasp my hand into his and pulling me along, but for some reason my body froze.

''What's going on?''

''Mr. Kang he is hurt.'' Hurt!?

I felt his grip tighten on me as his gaze lowered slowly to the ground. 

''His wife got attacked.....it was them. I'm sure of it! Mr. Kang came just in time and saved her. He got hurt but the thing is. They captured him. The jerk that tried to kidnap Mr. Kang his wife. Y/N''

This time his eyes looked at me with a spark of hope as he leaned closer resting his head against mine. 

''This is a huge lead. We might be able to figure out more about them and perhaps where Jooha is.'' Hearing him say that caused a small lump to appear in my throat. 

I kept my distance from Namgi and Mr. Kang. I wanted them to stay out of this mess and focus on their lives. I thought Namgi was just focussing back on work but you're telling me...He has been thinking about this as well. 

Of course Jooha is a friend to him as well, but why does it feel....that he's doing this for my sake?

Shouldn't she be back home already? It's getting cold....

As I looked ahead of me I tried to sharpen my vision hoping I would get to see a glimpse of Y/N her figure anytime now, but unfortunately even after 5 minutes, there was still no sign of her.

Just as I was about to call her I got held back by a call.

''Yes?''

''Jungkoook, come to the office we a have new lead''

''A new lead?''

''We captured someone who's part of that elite group.'' It's probably another one of those types that doesn't say a word until he dies.
