What's the biggest lie I've ever told? Saying that I'm a Christian when I really wasn't a true Christian at the time.

1. A True Disciple is Not a Slave to Sin.

Everyone who makes a habit of sinning is a slave of sin. God Gave YOU the freedom from the habit of sinning. Habits are a process and not an event.

Be a True Disciple Live for Jesus.

2. A True Disciple reflects God's Character.

"The deed of the Father are a sign to the sons. "A True Disciple is a child of God. How has been my character the past few months? (online and offline)

3. A True Disciple Listens to God.

Akouel - To believe something and to respond to it on the basis of having heard.

Jesus wants us to listen/obey Him with my mind, heart, and body.

Be real Elliot, don't be a damn hypocrite like you always were before...

Self-Care: Caring for your soul and well-being so that you can serve the Lord and others at your best

Self-Love: Putting your own wants and desires first before the Lord and others.

Know the difference Elliot, stop making excuses...

A Christian must be willing to offend his family rather than offend his King." It's worth losing everything for God because he worth more than everything and because He is our everything.

How you spend your time is how get a value depending on how you spend it, either you gain value or lose value.

Live For God's Purpose

1. Seek God (Jeremiah 29:13)

2. Stand Out For God (Romans 12:2)(more than anything God wants our heart)

3. Serve God (Ephesians 2:10)(You don't need to do good works for God to love us, we need to do good works because God loves us)

Purpose is found in God not in your relationships, job, school. Remember Elliot.

Now something that you struggle with a lot.

entitlement...How to overcome entitlement... Recognize, renew, rely. RECOGNISE you have a problem. "I deserve" The world culture is teaching me that life is all about me. Entitlement is related ego/pride. Remember Romans 3:23We all have a heart problem, using self-will isn't enough. Entitlement is "My life, my choice, my control" You need to recognize those moments in heart when we say to ourselves "I did that" and realize that dosen't come from God. Just because you're a Christian dosen't mean you're entitled to say whatever you're want about people and yourself. Christianity should not be an excuse to be self-righteous. God said love everyone, including your enemies, not just those who agree with you and love you. Rebuke/correct people with love not with hatred and bitterness. Recognition is the initial step to transformation. RENEW change of mindset. Life is not about you. The battle always starts in the mind. Life is all about what God wants you to do. Remember Romans 12:2"I deserve" is a pattern of the world. Always ask/reflect "are you doing the will of God? "Remember Philippians 2:3Don't be selfish, give your ambitions to God and value others above yourself and most importantly value God the most. True humility is not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less. Develop the "others first" mindset. Entitlement can lead to hurting others, even those you love the most. Life is not about you but it is about you doing the will of God. RELY on God and the Holy Spirit. Entitlement is living for yourself. Only God can change any heart problem not you, not therapy, not people, but God. Are you living for the right reason, are you living for God? Remember 1 Corinthians 5:15The Gospel is not something we deserve yet God gave it to us for free. Remember Galatians 2:20Today life is not about me. You make a stand not for yourself, but for God. You need remember that all the things we have are by the grace of God. "Your mercy endureth forever" The end of entitlement is when you think about God more than yourself...
