His eyes watched as you passed by him, with a gentle smile plastered upon your face, his eyebrows furrowed as it was directed towards another man. A smile he loved ever since he's known you. His heart panged, though, he knew that he may never be good enough for someone like you. A man who has a small social circle loves his tea way too much as he loves his cleaning supplies, aloof and stoic, ruthless in the manner with how he treats others...but with a soft spot for you, he believed he wasn't good enough- and it was confirmed once you found a lover who wasn't him.

Your arms wrapped around another man and your love given to another man, Levi had to bottle in these feelings he's had for you. And even when he had confessed to you that he loved you, you didn't return his feelings, due to your relationship with your lover. He had not known, as you kept it relatively low until you decided to share it with others. Once the news had reached his ears, they passed one ear and stayed there, like a repetition of how you would never be his.

But, he respected your answer and supported you on the sidelines, despite the various times he'd have to excuse himself whenever you'd invite him to hang out with you as friends, not wanting to intrude on your relationship as your lover did not like Levi. He himself never liked your lover, he seemed self-absorbed, manipulative, and controlling. But...if you loved him, Levi couldn't do anything about it. He simply supported you.

Sighing, Levi was in the kitchen preparing his daily routine of cleaning his home before making his tea. Tea has always relaxed him and improved his mood whenever the stress and the thought of you flickered across his mind. Tea was also your favorite, and he loved that about you. Closing his eyes, he reopened them and sat idly upon his couch, taking the remote in his hand to watch something to keep himself busy.

Minutes passed before rapid knocking could be heard on his door. He furrowed his brows, pondering on who could be out so late, especially when it was raining. Heaving a tired sigh, he set his teacup down and walked to the door, opening it. His breath stopped when he saw your shivering form, hair disheveled as heavy rain fell upon your figure.

"Hey, Levi I-" your words were immediately cut off when he pulled you inside, immediately placing his hands on your shoulders and looking into your eyes.

Worry filled his body, you could tell as you watched his eyes dart from your face to your shaking form. "Why the hell were you outside in the rain (Y/N)?" he questioned, voice slightly shaking. "Do you have any idea how dangerous it is to be outside right now?!"

"I do but I..." you looked to the side, unable to tell him what had happened.

Levi sensing this, lifted his hands off your shoulder and accepted that if you wanted to talk about it, whatever it was, he'll know once you were comfortable and warm. Thus, he gently took your cold hand and took you to his bathroom. He asked that you waited for a while before returning back with a pair of his shorts, and a shirt. "Here, take a shower and meet me on the couch. I'll have tea ready for you, your favorite once you come out."

You looked at Levi, eyes slightly glossed over. "Thank you," you said, entering the bathroom.

Levi stood there for a few minutes, concerned and worried about what was going on with you before heading back to the kitchen to prepare you your favorite tea.

Eventually, you left the bathroom wearing Levi's clothes and your hair was wet. You reached the living room and sat yourself down on the floor, the couch behind you as your eyes fell on your tea. You lifted the teacup to your lips and took a sip, humming in delight. "Tastes as good as always" you complimented.

Levi took a sip of his tea and hesitantly, he lifted his hand to your hair. His hand brushed past your hair, and you liked the warmth he brought to you. You didn't like that you were currently at his house, but you had nowhere else to go after what had happened.
