Eloise's POV
I woke up from my sleep and it was ten o'clock.
mom Is going to kill me.
I got up and got ready for school, I brushed my teeth, washed my face, changed my clothes, and brushed my hair. I grabbed my stuff and walked out, but mom was already waiting for me by my door.
"You're not going to school today," she said.
"That's a relief," I lifted my bag off my shoulder.
"You're going house hunting with me"
"Now?"
"No in a little bit but I made breakfast it's downstairs"
"I'm not that hungry"
"You sure?"
"Mhm," I nodded
"Okay well it will be in the fridge in case you change your mind"
"Okay," I walked back to my room and laid on my bed watching coryxkenshin(😩) on YouTube for a little while, I got a little bored so I grabbed my sketch book and drew some things, my kitten was on the bed laying next to me, so I decided to pet her and she purred against my hand.
"That's nice"
my mom complimented my drawing when she came in.
"Thanks"
"It's time to go now"
"Okay"
"Meet me in the car"
"K"
She left my room.
I threw on my nikes and grabbed a small bag, I threw my phone, my headphones, and my sketchbook in there just in case I got bored or tired all of a sudden.

"So I heard you snapped at Claudia yesterday what was that about?" Mom asked me.
"I didn't mean it"
"Why won't you talk to us?"
"Because everybody keeps assuming there's something wrong with me"
"Because you've been acting off lately"
"Then maybe you should've never cheated on mama or went to prison"
"Listen i know what i did was fucked up but me and your mama sorted things out and now we're cool, we're not getting back together but we're cool, you just gotta move on"
"..Okay you want me to move on then stop worrying about me"
"El you're my daughter i worry about you because i love you not to annoy you"
"Yeah but it's still annoying me"
"I know something else is going on but you're not saying shit, it's annoying because we can't figure out the problem so we can help you"
"Mom I'm fine"
"Then why aren't you eating?"
"Mom-"
"Don't think I haven't noticed Eloise"
"Mom I'm fine please just drop it"
"Drop it?"
"Yes fucking drop it you're so annoying," I yelled at her.
She pulled over and stopped the car.
"Excuse me?" She turned over to me and said.
