"Tita June?" He called when I was supposed to head out and check on his chart, kailangan ko ring makausap si Dra. Galvez tungkol sa sitwasyon nito.

The kid was looking at me, showing his gummy little smile that he definitely got from his father. Mukhang badtrip parin ito sa katotohanang injured siya ngayon at hindi ito makakalaro sa soccer championship nila bukas; but compared to his state earlier, he's looking better now.
"Ano 'yun? May problema ba? May masakit ba? What do you need? Papunta palang mama tsaka papa mo dito, 'yung daddy mo naman tinatapos nalang 'yung surgery niya but he'll come here right af—"
I stepped towards him but his next words stopped me from doing so.
