Chapter 36

I found myself standing in front of our university's gate because of Blanca. She told me to wait her here at ngayon siya pa may gana malate?

Sakto naman nakita ko ang kotse na lagi niyang sinasakyan. Bumaba pa siya at nag mamadali ayusin ang uniform niya.

Tumingin siya sa'kin. "Good morning Aiby! Aga mo ah?" Wow! the audacity to use that sarcastic tone.

I rolled my eyes. "Well, sabi mo sakin dito magkita eh." She chuckled.

"So ano ang rason mo ngayon para sabayan ako?" I asked her.

"Duh! I checked my calendar at malapit na ang anniversary niyo. Kailan tayo bibili ng dress mo?"

"Hmm tomorrow na lang siguro. Wednesday pa lang naman ngayon." Nagkibit balikat na lang ako dahil hindi pa ko sure.

Tumango lang naman siya habang naglalakad na kami sa hallway. Pumasok kami sa elevator at narealize na wala na siyang ibang sinabi pa.

"So did you just let me wait for you for that question?" I arched my eyebrow.

She chuckled once again. "Yeah? Namiss lang naman kita hmp."

Ahh, I know this kind of her move. She's always like this. She wants to tell me something right? 

While walking, binilang ko sa isip ko ang mga minuto na lumipas kanina na dapat tulog ako. Dapat asa dreamland pa ko eh, pero it's okay. 

Yeah, it's perfectly wonderfully beautifully fine.

Agad akong pumunta sa pwesto ko pag dating sa room. "I'm here." Muling bulong ko kay Keith. Malay ko kung narinig niya, eh lagi naman kasi siya naka rest.

Maya maya pa ay nakita kong bumukas ang pinto. I saw Miss Corpuz with her signature walk while her burgundy hair is swinging on her back.

"Good morning my Echos!" She smiled at us when she reached the center.

We greeted her back.

"I have 3 announcements for you guys. Choose what you want to hear first." She waved her phones to us. Baka asa phone niya ang details ng mga announcements.

"Wag, dapat 1"

"Oo nga para save the best for the last."

"Eh kung 2 na lang?"

"Wag na, 1 na lang para sunod sunod."

I sighed. Hindi rin naman kami makapag decide kaya kung ano ang mas maraming boto ay yun na ang pinili ni miss. Thus, announcement no. 1 won.

"Okay! The first announcement is about your teachers...." She looked at me as if I'm the one who needs to hear this.

"I've asked your teachers if they can attend your class and teach you according to the curriculum. They declined and told me to stop wasting their time, tss."  I was shocked when she clicked her tongue.

 "But don't worry, I'll teach you guys during my free time with Sir Tanner."

Asra raised her hand. "Bakit po kailangan may mag turo?"

"Of course you'll need it. You need to prepare for your future, right?" She winked. But I can already feel the silent protest of my classmates.

"Miss ayoko mag araaaaal." Claud is the first one who commented it out loud..

"You'll need it Claud. Trust me." Miss Corpuz cut him off. 

Kinamot naman ni Claud ang likuran ng tenga niya. "Miss wala akong trust sa trust na yan." Humagalakpak naman sa tawa ang boys namin.
