Chapter 58

Carl's P.O.V

I ran into the woods calling her name. She was hurt I could feel it. She never screams like that. I looked around frantically trying to find her.

"LILLY! Where are you?!"

I ran around and then heard someone say they found her. I ran into Daryl's direction and stopped in my tracks when I saw her. She was lying on the ground with a bloody should and blood coming from her nose and her mouth.

I collapsed to her side and held her in my arms trying to shake her awake.

"Lilly come on come on don't you do this to me! DON'T YOU DO THIS TO ME! I NEED YOU! LILLY!"

My dad tried to get me away from her to comfort me. I pushed him away and held her into my chest.

"DON'T YOU LEAVE ME AGAIN! DON'T YOU DARE! WAKE UP! WAKE UP! LILLY! I NEED YOU!"

Michonne came yo me and grabbed me. "That's enough Carl!"

"NO I NEED HER! I NEED YOU LILLY! *sniff* YOU'RE ALL I WANT! YOU'RE ALL I HAVE! DONT LEAVE ME AGAIN! PLEASE!"

Michonne tried to calm me down but I couldn't stop sobbing. They took her into the medical room but I couldn't see her. I went into my room and broke down into uncontrollable sobs and screams. I kicked the walls and everything. I cried myself to sleep.

The next day I woke up and saw myself in the mirror. Red eyes and tear stained cheeks form last night. I ran to the medical room and they let me in. I saw her laying in her bed. Bandages arms and ankles. The blood was seeping through them though. Tiny scratches on her arms and face. It was heart breaking.

Up sat down next to her the whole day and prayed. I haven't eaten or slept all day either. I haven't even left that spot to pee.

"Lilly, please, please please please please don't leave me. You're the only thing I want on my life. I need you. I can't afford to lose you too. I can't." I sobbed. I had to leave. I couldn't bear to stand there anymore. I kissed her forehead and walked out before I heard my name being called.

"Lilly?" I asked peering back into the room. "Come here." She said.

I practically ran to her bed and held her hand. "Do I look good in this dress?" She asked opening her eyes. I smiled and laughed into her face and kissed her.

I had my baby back.
