"My name is Enid."

She said her name and she looked at me. I looked at her and she eventually smiled sweetly and looked back at Rick.
"I have no where to go, can you please help me?"
I looked at Rick as he looked back at me. He sighed and looked down. "Sure. Come with us." He said.
I breathed heavily and we retreated back to the cars. Carl opened the door for me and I watched Enid being escorted into the truck. I looked out the window sighing.
"What's wrong Lills?" Carl asked squeezing my hand. I looked at him and shook my head saying, "I know Enid from school." I said. "Well, what's wrong with that?" He asked.
"We were friends since 2nd grade, but in 6th grade she let her popularity get to her head and she was mean to me. She bullied me. And the last day before this all happened, she punched me in the face after I told her where to go. When I went home, my mom tried to save me, but she was bit. And my dad and sisters were driven out if the home by them" I said. Carl opened his mouth but then looked at me.
"What did you do?" He asked.
" I was left by myself with them. I ran all over the house, trying to escape them. Then, I looked over at my mother. She was dead, and blood all over the place. I felt my blood boil and something click inside of me. I ran downstairs and grabbed the gun off my dad's wall, and started shooting them all. After I disposed of them, I made my mom's grave and promised her I'd never love anyone else. Therefore, My Rule was born." I said.
"Babe, don't worry about her. Ill straighten her out if she tries anything." He said hugging me kissing my hand. I smiled and kissed him back.
We got home and I just looked at Enid being taken care of. She looked at me with a sad expression but with innocence. Ugh. I crawled into my bed and fell asleep on Carl's chest.
