I woke up with a large pain in my ankle. I groaned loud enough to wake Brianna up. I apologized and she helped me get out of bed.

We tried walking down the stairs but I slipped and almost fell. She breathed a sigh of relief and stood me up.

"Never walk down the stairs while crippled." She said shaking her head. I smiled and we soon got down stairs.

We got to the table and everyone said good morning except for Enid. Carl got up quickly and helped me sit down. He pushed my chair in and kissed my cheek. I smiled and he hot my plate of food. He fed me and I ate it all coy-like. I happened to look over at Enid who wasn't very pleased.

We were going to kill walkers at the far gate today. I wanted to help.

"No you can't. You're hurt." Noah and Carl told me. "I can't take care of myself." I said. Carl rolled his eyes. He hated when I did this. But I'm a woman now. I'm grown. Well, sort of.

Noah, Glenn, Adan and I all went to go on a run while the others stayed and killed at the gate. We drove there and went into the store. It was more like a small building with one of those moving doors.

We raided it clean and Noah and I were making jokes. "I'm happy that you and Carl are back together. I don't like him with that Enid chick. I wish I had what you guys had. With Beth."

"I would've definitely trusted you with her. You are really nice and I know you would've taken good care of her."

He smiled and hugged me on the side. Snarls were heard and we all ran away into each other.

"Where are they?!" Glenn asked.

"Stay calm!" He growled at him. "Guys don't fight!" I said.

We then saw dozens of them limping near us. We ran to the exit as they followed us. Noah pushed through the door but it was stuck. The walkers gained on us and we all ran into the door and pushed it. It moved slightly but we got stuck in it.

Walkers flooded the other side. They pushed on it and we heard some cracks on the glass.

"It's going to break!" Adan shouted.

"No it's not don't say that!" Glenn yelled. *CRACK!*

A yelp came out of my throat. I got my gun ready and heard another crack. Glenn grabbed me and Noah and we ran into the other one as Adan followed us quickly. The door broke and they rushed into the door we were in.

Adan fell and we tried to get him back up. Glenn pushed Noah and I out of the way and grabbed hold of him. Noah pushed through and went to help him up.

As soon as he was up, a walker grabbed Noah and pulled him to the ground.

"NOAH!" I yelled trying to get to him but Adan grabbed me and held onto me. "LET ME GO!" I yelled.

Glenn's grip on Noah broke and the walkers pulled Noah in. The door closed and Glenn got up and held his hand over his mouth.

"No...!" I said exasperatedly.

Noah looked at us with a death glare and then got bitten in the neck by walkers. Glenn watched his friend being eaten to death crying and Adan held me in his chest.

Glenn sat there and had tears falling down his cheeks. He was shaking, too.

"Come on Glenn. Come on Glenn! We gave to go let's go man!"

I grabbed Glenn by his shoulder and hoisted him up. "Glenn it's okay." I said trying to make him feel better. "No it's not. It's my fault." He kept repeating. Nothing that I would say would make a difference.

"Alright guys. We need to just push it slightly, then run to the car, okay? Okay?!"

"Okay." I said. Glenn nodded still trapped in his thoughts of what just happened to Noah. Some tears rolled down my cheeks too.

We started pushing but we heard a big crack. Some of the glass broke and the walkers started to push their way through. I screamed and we pushed even harder. We finally made a crack in the door.

"GO GO GO GO!" Glenn yelled running out. "Adan go!" *CRACK* The walkers pushed more glass down. Adan fumbled with his bag and took it off. "Glenn, I'm sorry for what I've down to you. You're a cool guy. Lilly, you are cool too." He said grabbing me and squeezing me through the door pushing the bag out too along with his bag.

"What are you doing?" I yelled. "" He said. The glass on the door shattered and the walkers made their way through. Adan pulled the door in and we saw the walkers eat him alive. He kept screaming for us to go. Seeing him do that was painful. He was so brave to just let us go like that. Tears ran down my face as Glenn pulled me to the car.

We threw our bags in the back and Glenn wildly drove off back to Alexandria.

"Glenn stop driving so fast!" I yelled grabbing the steering wheel from him. He pushed me away yelling back at me. "STOP IT LILLY!" We swerved a few times and also hit some walkers. He made a sharp turn making me hit my shoulder.

"GLENN!"

"JUST SHUT UP!" He yelled. We swerved again onto the road that went to Alexandria and he slowed down. Breathing heavily I rubbed my sore shoulder and arm.

"It's my fault he's dead." He said keeping his eyes locked in the road. I sat there in silence and denied it, but it didn't help. What was I supposed to do? It was a bad grip and it must've been his time to go.

"The best thing we can do now is just keep him in our thoughts and prayers that he is okay and where he needs to be." I said. He nodded and pulled into the gate.

We got out and were greeted by hugs and questions about Noah and Adan.

"They didn't make it." I said. Some people cried, and I walked to my room. Carl, Brianna, Zach, and Mickey all came into my room and we played cards trying to get our mind off Noah and Adan.

It was a hard night I would say.
