"Very well, there's only one way your family can save you. You must defeat me in Dungeons, Dungeons, and More Dungeons: Real Life Edition!" Probabilitor says, slamming his staff into the ground and the game board appears.
"What? Oh, come on..." Grunkle Stan grumbles. "I choose my characters vs. yours," He makes four ogres appear on the board before shrinking us and we appear in his palm dressed up in tunics from the early ages. "Ah, my ears...They're so pointy!" "There better be something protective under this tunic...Oh no! There isn't!"
"Seriously? Can't we just arm wrestle or something?" The boys complain and Prababilitor shakes his head. "Come on, this game is a lot of fun. I even had my Mom pack me a lunch," He pulls out apple slices from the bag and shudders. "Just tell us the rules ugly," Grunkle Stan rushes him, sticking a stick of gum in his mouth. "The game is a battle royale. We help our characters by casting spells determined by rolls of dice. If you win, I go back to my own dimension. But if I win, I eat their brains."
"I'm not sure this is such a good idea-" "Deal!" Dipper starts to express his worries when I squeeze his hand whispering "Trust his dumb luck," Before he could respond the game started. He rolls an eleven and commands the ogres to attack and we run from them as we're chased.
"What do we do? What are our moves?" Stan asks and I yell up "There are no moves, you make them up!" "What? Really?" "Yes! Like Grace tried to tell you this game involves math but also risk and imagination!" Ford explains how the rest of the game works, catching Grunkle Stan's and Mabel's attention. "Grunkle Stan makes something up, it's just like lying!" Mabel exclaims and we nod.
Grabbing the dice, Stan rolls a 14, and we're given a shield of shielding to help block the attacks. "Shield of shielding reversal spell!" Probabilitor casts, destroying our shield and Mabel rolls the dice. "I cast giggle time bouncy boots!" Bouncy boots appear on us and we start bouncing around the board before we're given super hot flaming swords.
It didn't take long for us to slice down the ogres before we were met with our next threat. "Drat, you! But you'll never outrun my ogre-nado! It is what it sounds like!" The ogre-nado approached us, blowing our swords out of our hands. "I cast centaur-taur!" Mabel shouts, rolling the dice and a centaur-taur appears. Quickly all four of us hop on before we run to safety, the ogre-nado blowing up. That's when a hand grabbed us and we look to see the imposs-a-beast. "I was saving the worst for last." "The imposs-a-beast? I thought they banned this character!" Gram accuses Probabilitor. "Think again, I'm playing the controversial 1991-1992 edition!"
