"I was busy the whole week. Both org and acad stuff plus moving to the apartment I was texting you the whole week as well but you didn't respond on the weekend. Is everything alright?"

I handed him the cooking oil and the olive oil. After buying the laptop case, he mentioned na he needs to buy groceries for his new apartment tomorrow. Tapos sinabi ko na samahan ko nalang sya today. He seemed thrilled with the idea.

"Nag lilipatan kami ng kwarto e. Magkasama kasi si Reign, Yani at Leigh sa isang kwarto. Tapos yung guest room, gagawin ng kwarto ni Yani, yung storage na hindi ganon kalaki, kay Leigh siya in the future. Sa ngayon itatabi muna ni Mama si Leigh" hindi ko alam kung bakit ko to kinekwento "Ikaw ba ayos na mga gamit mo?"

"Yes. I need a few things but I could live there now" he said "Hard decision because of Sadie but it's fine, they all care for that kid and she's in good hands. If I stayed there some more everything will be more messy. I don't want that environment for her"

"Plus, it's a good thing you're doing that for yourself" I took a set of spices and put it on the cart. I looked at Calvin and he was staring at me. Napalunok ako. His elbows are leaning to the push side of the cart and I was on the other side.

Do he also do this to his other girl friends?

I broke our stares by shifting my gaze and getting some garlic powder. Then I swiftly signaled him to push the cart. We went to an aisle of chips and snack.. I told him to choose what he likes because I have no idea about his opted snacks.

"You choose too" he said. Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay

"Bakit?"

"Nothing. I want to try what you like" he said. He got some Lay's and Farmers. Kumuha ako ng Baconette Strips at Mang Juan.

I bet he wasn't familiar with those because of his choice of snacks. We spontaneously chose the groceries dahil wala kaming list. Whatever comes up on our mind, we buy. He told me he has a fridge na naman.

After doing groceries, we loaded it onto the car. I must say, doing groceries is kind of therapeutic lalo na pag hindi ikaw yung magbabayad.

"Is it okay for you to drop by the apartment?" He said

I nodded "Yea let's arrange your supplies"

It wasn't a far drive so we arrived shortly. I even helped him carrying the boxes. Baka volleyball player ako. Hindi naman s'ya umangal o ano.

His apartment was white washed. It has little green because of the plants but the motif was white and wood. The interior's good and halatang mamahalin. From the door, you could immediately see the kitchen, dining room and living room. Hindi ito hiwa hiwalay. He has Scandinavian Chairs on his dining room and dirty white cushion on his living room. It was very clean and light. I wonder if he has any designers.

I started unpacking his groceries. Kahit hindi akin iyon ay na excite ako. I can oversee his Le creuset set of pots and pans. It's beautiful. His plates were Corelle. Mukang ang saya mag luto sa kitchen n'ya.

"You know.. Maggie and Riri are nice kids 'no?" He randomly said while unpacking the food.

"Yes they are" I commented

"I gave them more tending because they are the younger ones. Since they were a kid they treat me as Kuya" he said.

I'm not asking naman ah. Why is he explaining?
