Melody's POV
I officially hate public transport! All because of the annoying person by the name of Chase beside me and what turns out to be his friends that hopped on this exact same bus a few stops after ours! It turns out he was not going shopping with me to annoy me. Thank God for that, but to head down the shops with his friends to pick up on chicks and get some more shirts and "other things". Lucky for me they all came to where he was sitting and well now I am practically bribing him to leave me alone. One: because I do not want him here and Two: there is a really cute guy that is making eye contact with me and looks like he wants to talk to me which I haven't had a guy want to do that since well ever. Since I am to shy to approach guys I make eye contact with them which usually comes off as weird. By the looks of how this attractive guy keeps making eye contact with me, he does not think it is weird.
Yay!
Now to deal with them.
"Just leave! You have had your fun so can you please just leave me alone!" I whined.
Chase smirked and looked at his friends and back to me, "Fine."
Really?
That was it.
YES!
He stood up and went to the very very back of the bus where they could all fit. I looked over at the cute guy again and saw him struggling to make his way to me seeing that the bus is moving and making sharp turns. After what felt like a century (okay I may have exaggerated a little) he finally made it.
He plonked himself on the seat in front of me and looked backed and smiled, "Hey." His brown orbs are so chocolatey, his dark hair looks so soft.
"Uh hi." I managed to squeak out.
He laughed but I felt weird.
Maybe I shouldn't talk to him you never know who this guy is.
What! No! Keep talking!
"Where are you heading?" He asked innocently. He tilted his head making his black hair flop to the side, there was something in his eyes which made me feel, I don't know, squirmy?
Uncomfortable, idiot.
"Oh the Warndale shops! You?" I slightly smiled at him.
"Same!" He exclaimed, "Wanna shop with me? It will only be for ten minutes or so?"
"Uh, yeah that should be fine." I said a little unsure I mean I have only known this guy for what 3 minutes. Hey! It is a public place I should be fine.
"Cool. Well here is our stop ladies first." He smirked it made me feel uneasy, I just brushed it away I am sure it is just nerves.
I got off the bus and waited for him to get off as well.
He didn't.
Just when I was about to leave I saw Chase get off the bus with his three friends following after him, I picked up their names as Nathaniel, Derrick, and Brock. I looked down at Chase's hand and saw that it was bruised.
That little slime ball.
I stormed up to him as the bus drove off.
"What did you do Chase!"
He smirked and Derrick stepped in for him, "Hey, calm down girl, just go shopping." He mocked in a high-pitched girl voice.
I glared at him and decided against staying and talking. I spun on my heel and walked into the crowded shops.
Okay let's head to TopShop. I started walking in that direction popping in my head phones and listening to music as I made my way through the mass crowd.

After about an two hours of shopping and 5 shirts and 4 jeans later I got a call from an unknown number.
"Hello?"
"Hello this is the rest-urant." Said a very fake indian voice.
"Hello Cassie." I laughed.
"How did you know it was me!"
"I know you!"
"Oh, Alisha she caught us!"
I heard an "aw" in the background and shook my head chuckling.
"We were wondering, since our lecture is finished if we could shop with you for a bit?"
"Yeah of course, where do you wanna meet?"
"I was thinking at Starbucks, we can grab a coffee and talk, then go shop till we drop." That was defiantly Alisha speaking.
"Sounds like fun!" I smiled.
"Alright see you soon Mel!" I can hear them get in the car.
"Bye!" I hung up and made my way to Starbucks and waited for them.
After about 20 minutes they finally arrived and we are currently sitting in the café ranting about what happened today.
"So he punched that guy?" Cass said shocked leaning forward.
"Yeah, can you believe that like, he is such a jerk!" I replied with a little annoyance evident in my voice.
"Mel, do we need to have a talk to him?" Alisha asked in a concerned motherly voice.
"No, seriously it is fine he will get his karma." They nodded in agreement. I heard someone enter Starbucks and I can take one guess who it is.
Chase.
I saw Cass stand up anger clear in her blue eyes. I grabbed her arm and shook my head while muttering "Leave it". She nodded understanding.
I saw him brush past us and mumbled to them, "See he doesn't care."
I saw him tense his jaw but keep walking.
We stayed and talked for a couple more minutes and then decided to just head home and watch a movie. As Alisha went to the toilet and Cassie went to put my bags in her car I waited back a while for Alisha. I am loyal like that. Not really, but still I will stick by my friends. I felt someone grab my arms and pull me onto one of the tables. I looked up and saw Chase. Crossing my arms I raised an eyebrow.
"Don't say those things to your friends it gives me a bad reputation."
I pulled me head back smiling and looked at him, in my peripheral vision I saw Alisha leaving the toilets, I leaned forward, "You already have a bad reputation Chase."
I saw him clench his jaw but before he could say anything I got up and left.
Today was one hell of a day.
