Melody's POV

I felt Alisha's arm tighten around mine while Cassie looked down smiling as if to say 'it is okay'.

I nodded while saying, "I don't care."

Why should I right?

I mean I'm not jealous?

Am I?

"No." Alisha answered while laughing.

"I said that out loud!" I exclaimed.

Cassie nodded laughing. I joined in walking to our usual beach spot. Cassie and Alisha took off their dresses. Cassie's was bright blue and Alisha's was black. They looked at me while I shook my hand.

Alisha whispered something in Cassie's ear and ran off in the water.

Cassie walked over and sat next to me, "Look Chase is a jerk. But if you really 'do not care' then take off that dress and go have fun with us!" She smiled nudging me.

I laughed and agreed. I tool off my dress and ran to Alisha jumping on her back. We fell to the ground laughing while Cassie pushed us over. We sat there giggling while the waves kept hitting us.

Cassie helped Alisha and I up while we ventured deeper into the water till we could not touch the sand. Well at least I couldn't touch.

I saw Alisha worriedly glance at me, "If you can't touch I think we should go a little back."

"No it is fine!" I said while pushing myself up on an upcoming wave. I felt my heart beat in my chest and it slightly hurt.

"Melody! Come back in a little!" Cassie yelled.

"I-I can't!" I screamed.

"Mel! There is a wave coming swim back in!" Alisha cried out in fear.

"Alisha go get a life guard or someone that can help quick!" Cassie screamed. I saw Alisha run off to find someone on land.

Lucky she is on land.

I saw Cassie swim to me while I shook my head, "No don't Cassie it is okay! I do not want you in trouble!"

I saw a massive wave crashing down a little in front of me.

"Cassie go back to the land!"

"No! Melody! Come here!"

"Cassie GO!"

I saw her hesitate but run back. I went under the water and felt the rush of the wave go over me. I went a little bit more forward and freaked out. I came up for air only for another wave smashing me back under.

I felt a strong arm wrap around my waist and pull me back to where I can touch. I tried opening my eyes but it seemed they refused to open.

I am not dead.

"Move! Move!" I heard a familiar voice scream laying me on a soft fabric.

Okay you have to wake up now.

"Oh my god! Melody wake up!" I heard Alisha and Cassie cry.

Open your eyes Melody!

I closed my eyes a little tighter and forced my eyes to open while opening my mouth going for a big breather.

I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around me and a head on my shoulder, "Thank god you are okay?"

I pushed at the persons chest looking into some beautiful blue eyes. I scanned their face.

"Chase?" I said pretty shocked.

"Yes?" He looked at me curiously and concerned.

"Nothing." I said standing up and turning around to see a puffy eyed Cassie and Al. I hugged them tightly.
