Melody's POV
I made my way to Alisha's assigned room which was room B fourteen; I looked at the door knob for a good couple of seconds then walked in to see blonde hair piled up on a pillow.
"Hey Al," I softly said walking over to her.
"Hey Mel, I am fine. I just hit my head is all." She said smiling.
"I know, it was just at the start I thought you were d-," I stopped after that looking down.
"Melody, I didn't die." Alisha stated giving me a hug.
"Wouldn't know what to do if you did," I mumbled, "What was it like?"
"What do you mean?" Her eyebrows knit together.
"Seeing the car, and hitting your head." I said looking at her.
"Scary, extremely scary I felt a rush of adrenaline telling me to get out of the car. I couldn't leave you guys, I also felt helpless not having control on what will happen but what I was truly terrified is when I saw the black dots in my eyes. I thought I was never going to see you guys again." Alisha looked up at me nearly crying.
I rubbed her back comfortingly, "Like you said, you didn't die. You are watching me right now."
She nodded wiping her tears away from her cheeks, "The doctors said I will be staying the entire day just to check, you should go home and get some rest. Even though it is like ten in the morning."
I laughed and got up, "Yeah I should get some rest, you too make sure Cassie and Linda see you though. Cassie was hyperventilating and Linda was freaking out. I can't really say anything because I was exactly the same as them."
Alisha gave a small laugh and nodded waving at me as I left. I told Cassie and Linda that she wanted to see them and went home with Chase.
**
It was a silent drive home but once we reached the house I got out of the car and went to the front door Chase following behind me. He opened the door and let me through first even though I insisted he could go.
"I am going to go for a sleep, wake me up when Alisha or Cassie and Linda get back." I said with a small smile.
"Of course, do you uh want to talk later?" Chase asked shuffling his feet.
"Sure, I also need to hear that plan of yours." I joked.
"Wait." Chase smirked at me, stuffing his hands in his pockets and walking up the stairs.
I went to the spare room and laid in the cosy bed, closing my eyes I let myself into a much needed sleep.
