Melody's POV

Highlight. Review. Eat. Repeat.

I have been studying for two whole hours, I need a break. I can't our exams are this week and I have barely studied. These exams determine if I fail or not and this is my last ever year at university. I am pretty sure every one is right on the theory that studying means dying. I started humming to the tune and looking through my notes, licking my finger I turned the page to see more and more.

I seriously need a break.

My phone buzzed and I sighed a little relieved the text was from Linda:
Hey Pam decided to come earlier wanna come over? If you want to meet her that is.

I immediately replied with:

Of course! See you in 30.

Turning my phone off I threw my hair in a pony tail and some vans, grabbing my phone, and black purse. I was about to leave the house when I heard someone call me name.

"Melody!"

I turned around to see Chase, and might I add he look dashing. With a black and red flannel buttoned up with some black jeans and converses. The sleeved on his flannel were rolled up and tightened around his biceps. I just wanna-

Okay enough thinking for you.

"Yeah?" I quirked an eyebrow.

"I wanted to ask you something." He stood in front of me now.

"Ask away." I chuckled.

He bit his lip and brushed a hand through his hair, that was hot.

"I was wondering if you wanted to go camping with uh.. me? Like just us two. Camping. If you don't want to I get it but I was just thinking is all it would be fun and well it could be a distraction. So do you?" Chase rambled.

I laughed, "I'd love to Chase."

Chase grinned and hugged me, "Good, or I would have dragged you."

Back to normal I see.

"Whatever." I pushed him off and began to walk away.

"Where are you going?" Chase yelled.

"Linda's" I replied.

"I will drive." He stated.

"No, it is fine Chase." I smiled.

"I didn't offer." Was all he said before walking over to his motorcycle.

"We get to go on that." I said excitedly.

"Yes we get to go on this." Chase imitated me.

I rolled my eyes punching him on the shoulder. Man that was one great bicep. He got on the bike smirking, as I blushed. He may have noticed me checking him out again.

"Are you going to get on?" Chase had a small smile.

"No." I say sarcastically getting on the bike after him and wrapping my arms around his torso. I felt him tense under me.

We finally arrived at Linda's and I got off Chase's bike.

"Cya later Chase." I said parting his head.

"We are leaving tomorrow and what time do you want to be picked up?" He nodded.

"Like in three hours." I responded.

"See you then, pretty." He said kissing my cheeks.

He rode off as I was smiling widely, I touched my cheek and looked down. It still left tingles where his lips were. Walking up the porch steps I knocked lightly on the door.

It opened to see an over the moon Linda she hugged me, "Hey!"

"Hi!" I said hugging her back.

"Uh... Pam is in the living room, but come in!" She opened her arms up allowing me enter.

Walking into the room I saw this very sophisticated yet beautiful girl, kind of like Linda. She had short-ish light brown hair which was curled and green eyes. She wore a black pencil skirt and white blouse with black heels. She in all honesty looked flawless.

"Hi, my name is Pam, and you must be Melody. I have heard all about you." She said genuinely holding out her hand.

"Y-yeah I am. It is such a pleasure to meet you." I softly shook her had then sat down.

"Please. The pleasure is all mine, I heard about the upcoming farewell party so I have invited some business partners to come. Since it is a big achievement for my lil sis." Pam shook her hair as Linda groaned.

"Woah, that sounds great. I will talk to the owner tomorrow." I said a little surprised.

"Of course, now more important matters, Linda are you bringing a date?" Pam smirked leaning back in the couch.

"Pam, you know I won't." Linda looked down blushing as Pam giggled.

"What about you Melody?" Pam said turning her attention to me.

"U-uh I'm not sure actually, I mean I don't know." I stuttered.

"Probably Chase." Linda cooed.

Pam raised an eyebrow, "Chase? Who is he? I don't mean to sound nosy."

"No you aren't, he is just a guy that I like and well, I hope he likes me." I chuckled.

I really don't know with him but he has admitted it.

What if he was lying?

No he wasn't.

"Well that is good, has he got any friends." Pam asked glancing at Linda.

"Paaaam." Linda groaned running a hand down her face.

So, after that we talked and talked. About everything and life until Chase showed up and I walked outside with Pam following after as Linda tried to snatch her away.

"You must be Chase?" Pam said while standing beside me.

"I must be. Melody we gotta get going." Chase said looking from Pam and I. His eyes finally focused on me and stayed there.

"Well, I am sorry to keep you guys waiting. Goodbye Melody. See you around." She gave me a light hug.

I am hugging someone who is famous and makes music with really famous people.

I am friends with someone who is famous.

Well that is pretty shocking.

"Bye Linda!" I yelled and hugged Pam back.

We got home, woah home. No Brock's house and I fell off the bike.

"Everytime!" Chase howled with laughter.

He helped me up and held me by the waist securely. I froze up looking into his sea blue eyes. They were so mesmerising, he was so mesmerising.

"You are so beautiful." He tucked a piece of my hair with his free hand.

"And you are so handsome." I said holding his cheeks. I am shocked that I haven't blushed or stuttered.

Chase leaned in closer placing our foreheads together.

"I really want to kiss you." He gruffly said.

"Then do it." I saw his eyes darken with lust and just as we were about to kiss Derrick beeped his horn.

"Get out of the driveway, lovebirds." He hollered.

"Just have to ruin the moment!" Chase howled.

"You know me." He smirked, I saw Brock clutching his stomach from laughter and Nathaniel give a cheeky wink.

Well that wad almost perfect. I blushed and left Chase's embrace. He pouted as my warmth left him.

"Well get packing we have a fun day ahead of us." Chase yelled as he waited for his friends.

I smiled, indeed we will.
