"No." He firmly disagree.
Hope rise on her. Nabuhayan siya ng pag-asa. Gusto niyang maramdaman na ipaglaban siya nito.
Ang kapal ng mukha mong gusto kang ipaglaban, Claudia. Ni hindi mo nga siya nakayang ipaglaban.
She sobbed on her thought. Hanggang kailan ba mauubos ang luha niya?
"H-hinx, ako na lang ulit. Ako na lang." She sobbed.
"It's still you...it has always been you.." Hinx whispered but she's too drunk to digest it.
Humagulhol siya sa harap nito, mas lalo lang siyang nalasing sa pag-iyak niya. Kainis na Bar Gin na 'yan.
"Mag-back out ka! Sabihin mo sa kanilang lahat na baliw sa 'yo ang ex mo at ayaw kang pakawalan." She blubbered.
Hinx stared at her drunk state then he chuckled. Bakas ang aliw at lungkot sa mata nito.
"Okay."
"Talaga? Promise? Niloloko mo lang ako. Pinapaasa mo lang ako para makaganti ka sa 'kin. Ganoon mo ako kagustong saktan." Muli na naman siyang humagulhol sa dibdib nito. Hanggang sa unti-unting dumilim ang paningin niya. Bumagsak ang ulo niya sa balikat nito.
"Ay, putanginang porn na 'yan!" Bulaslas ni Ckim ng makitang nakakandong ang walang malay niyang pinsan sa ibabaw ni Hinx.
"Hoy, did you undress her?!" Bulyaw ni Ckim kay Hinx at binato ito ng heels pero dahil nakakandong dito si Claudia ay sa ulo ni Claudia tumama ang binato ni Ckim na sandal.
"Hala, sorry!"
Pagewang-gewang na lumapit si Ckim sa dalawa. Hinx caress the back of Claudia's head that was hit by her heels.
Hinila ni Ckim ang buhok ni Claudia pero tulog talaga ito. Mahinang napamura si Hinx at inalis ang pagkakahawak ni Ckim sa buhol ng dalaga.
"Aba, sawa ka na nga sa pagiging tanga naging pokpok ka na!" Singhal niya at napatingin sa naka-bra at panty lang na si Claudia.
"Kindly, sleep, please. Baka magising siya." Hinx asked Ckim politely. Gusto man niyang tumayo pero hinihigpitan ni Claudia ang pagkakayakap sa leeg niya. She's in deep slumber.
"Hindi! Uuwi ako. Ihatid mo ako pauwi." Utos ni Ckim sa lalaki.
"I can't. I'll just asked my cousins---" akmang magtitipa na siya ng hablutin ni Ckim ang phone niya.
"I'll call Heazen!" Sambit nito sabay takbo palabas.
Claudia groaned on her sleep. Unti-unti nitong dinilat ang mata.
"Love..." He called her.
She just stared at him, memorize every detail of his perfect face. He's gorgeous, no doubt on that.
Malungkot siyang ngumiti sa binata.
"I miss you so much, Hinx. Pinagsisihan ko kung bakit ako umalis ng walang paalam but regret can't change a single thing in our past, ni hindi nga nito naitatama ang mga pagkakamali ko..."
"Claudia, no..." Fear is evident on his voice. Siguro dahil batid nito ang pagsuko sa boses niya.
"I already paid for the pain I cost you. I really do hope kahit ang katiting lang ng kapatawaran mo, kasi nasaktan mo na rin ako." She cried silently.
Hinx looked at her with pain in his eyes. He look like he has been tortured.
"This time, hindi na ako aalis ng walang paalam. So, Hinx....can I go to London?"
Tears fall from his eyes. Narinig niya ang mahinang paghikbi nito. Binaon nito ang ulo sa kanyang balikat at mahigpit ang kapit sa kanyang bewang.
"No...Claudia, no..."
"I'm leaving you again, Hinx. But this time, it ain't for my dreams, but to fix myself that you broke into million pieces. P-patas na tayo."
"HEY, everything's ready?" Nakangiting tanong niya sa mga kasama niya.
"Yes, Claudia. Sinisigurado talaga naming perpekto ang magiging kalabasan!" Talita exclaimed.
She smiled and shook her head.
"It doesn't need to be perfect, Talita. What matter is we tried our very best."
"Aww. Hindi pa nagsisimula ang opening message mo pero sinimulan mo na sa 'kin!"
Napatawa siya saka nagpaalam dito. She looked at the host and nodded her head as a sign to start the program.
A brief prayer was started. The host has spoken a little bit introduction.
"To formally start the program, let's welcome the founder of the Brave, our beloved professional scientist, Claudia Fortessa!"
She smiled sweetly and waved her hand as she went to the stage. Tinanggap niya ang mikropono saka nagpasalamat sa host.
"Good day, everyone. You probably know how this organization of us was established half year ago, but the truth is, this organization was already established during my college days. It wasn't that established yet but I've help women whom question their worths and I help them raised their self-awareness and selflove..." Panimula niya.
"Brave was build to raised self-esteem. This organization will teach you to be stronger, braver and be an independent woman... Half a year ago, I become completely different woman, I forgot the strong independent Claudia that everyone knows, I really stoop that low for a man just to have him back."
"I didn't regret that it happen because I've learned a lot of lesson from it, but I don't advice you would do the same thing tho. But now that I get back on my feet, I won't let myself experience that stupidity again. Every one of us here in the room has every challenges in life, especially in the aspect of love. But I just want you to know, you can love someone without unloving yourself because the key to love someone unconditionally, is love yourself first." She smiled and took a small bow.
Nakarinig siya ng palakpakan. Muli siyang bumalik sa pwesto niya at nanood na lang sa sumunod na nangyayari.
She was broken when she fly back to London. She was crying on the streets until she saw a woman who's crying while sitting on the side walk. That was Talita. Nilapitan niya iyon at nakipag-usap dito. She have known that she has been abused by her husband.
She wanna help her, so she did. After helping Talita may iba na ring lumapit sa kanya para manghingi ng tulong.
And that's when the Brave, re-established.
"Ma'am, there's an email from Spade Benjamin." Sabi ng assistant niyang nasa tabi niya.
Inabot sa kanya ang iPad nito at binuksan ang mensahe ni Dr. Spade.
