Lia's Point of View

Few minutes passed before we reached a nice venue. We don't know if this is the event that the old man talked about but we just get in. The lady in a desk asked for our invitation card. Trevor just told her that we are last minute guests and didn't received a card. So she just let us in.

I bumped into his shoulder while trying my best not to laugh that loud. Mukhang sanay siya sa emergency excuse kagaya non.

Naupo kami sa dulong bahagi ng table. There are foods on the table and there is mc on the stage.

We started eating as the mc introduced a special guest. Natigilan ako ng makita kung sino ang nagbigay ng special number sa stage. Hindi ko nagawang alising ang paningin ko sa kanya hanggang sa matapos siya. Sobrang galing niya at isa siya sa mga idol ko. I enjoyed the food really well.

After eating, gusto ko na sanang bumalik sa inn, pero nandito ang artist na paborito ko. Never ko pa siya nakita sa personal matapos ang araw na nakita ko siya sa convenience store.

Ang Fairy Pop Star. Siya yung babaeng nakita ko sa hospital nung araw na dalhin ni Gina si Felix don. Sobrang bilis niyang sumikat and she looks healthier than before.

Nawala lang ang atensyon ko sa kaniya at isa sa ka-grupo ni Michael sa sikat na boy group, nang tumayo si Trevor. Inilahad niya ang palad niya sa harap ko kaya naman nagtaka ako. Bakit naman niya yon ginawa na para bang may hinihingi siya?

"Can we dance?"

Natigilan ako sa tanong niya. I felt my face burning as my heart beats fast. Sayaw? Ang dugyot kong tingnan tapos gusto niya akong isayaw?

Tatanggi na sana ako pero bigla niyang hinawakan niya ang kamay ko. Hinila niya ako papunta sa center ng venue na medyo crowded na. Nakikain na nga kami tapos magsasayaw pa? Nakakahiya!

Pero ganon pa man, something deep in my heart is celebrating for something. Something to do with Trevor.

He held my hands and put them on his shoulders and I just looked at his eyes while he is doing so. Then he held on my waist. I don't know if we are really dancing or not but we just swayed on the music playing.

"Malia," Trevor called using his attractive voice, kelan pa naging attractive ang boses niya?

He never removed his eyes from me, as if he is wandering his sight from all over my face.

"I love you."

My eyes couldn't let go of his mesmerizing gaze.

I could feel my eyes get surrounded by tears as I smile unconsciously. Should I tell him that I like him? This would be the perfect time to tell him, but I had no courage to say it.

I never had a chance to like a guy before. Bago pa man ako magkagusto sa isang lalaki, inaayawan na kaagad nila ako dahil sa anak ko. Trevor is the only man who stayed longer with me. And I don't think that it is good if he left me right now.

Now that I am falling for him.

Our attention is transferred to a lady who entered like a real gate crasher here. I took the opportunity to remove my hands off from his shoulder but he tightened his hold on me.

"Malia, what's wrong?" he worriedly, disappointedly asked.

"I-I want to rest, Trevor." I weakly said before I get his hands off my waist. Naglakad ako palabas at nagpunta sa sasakyan. Hindi pa ako nakakasakay ng bigla na lang may malakas na sumabog mula sa loob ng venue!

My heart beats faster when people from the inside started panicking. I just felt Trevor's hand holding mine.

"Malia, are you alright?" Trevor asked. I can feel him very worried.
